I absolutely love them. I tried a couple in between and they all don’t compare with these ones. I 100% recommend!

Posted .Hi! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our RIG 800HS. We're sorry to hear you've had trouble with the mic. In order to troubleshoot it you might want to reset the connection with the receiver. To do so: On the USB receiver, press and hold the link button until you see the light flashing red and blue. On the headset, hold the power switch in the upmost position until it starts alternating red and blue. The procedure is complete once the light goes off. You might also want to test your headset with a PC to see if you get the same experience. Please note this unit has a one-year limited warranty from date of purchase.
