Easy setup great sound battery life is great doesn't get interference when my phone is close. Very solid headset.

This is my 2nd pair of Plantronics headsets and will probably be my last. Both started off great and have since started having problems. They wont stay connected during gameplay. Also, the volume does whatever it wants. Several times the volume goes low and then maxed out. Thank goodness I bought the return plan so I can be done with them. I would avoid anything of this brand.

Using headset with a PC. Audio quality and range is very good. Headset is a little bulky but very comfortable.

Great sound quality for this headset. I've been pleasantly surprised after having been worried initially from some of the reviews. I'm glad I bought this headset and I even referred them to a gamer friend who now uses these as well. The only issue I had was with the Dolby code that is provided. It didn't work and I had to contact with manufacturer. Their customer support was fantastic and after sending them proof of purchase, they provided me with a working code. Highly recommend these headphones

The sound quality of this headset is second to none, they are comfortable and the noise canceling is a great feature to.

Overall these are phenomenal. The setup is plug and play and sound quality is exceptional. The Atmos is mind blowing. The only issue is that when you are not using the headset, the Xbox will not output Atmos to surround sound speakers if the USB adapter is plugged in. For some reason it defaults to Dolby 5.1 until the headset USB adapter is unplugged. So, I have to constantly plug and unplug the adapter based on how I want to listen. Aside from that, I couldn’t be happier with how these perform when I’m using them.

This headset exceeded all expectations. Great sound easy connection and very comfortable for extended gaming sessions.

It's only been a month but the RIG 800 lx has been great. They are very comfortable and the audio is fantastic!

Light weight, feel a bit cheap but they work great and with 24hr batterylife. They out perform my turtlebeach 700.

Love the headset. Had the 400LX but they weren’t wireless. The 800lx sound better and the wireless functionality is the icing on the cake.

This is the most comfortable headset I have ever owned. The battery is also amazing. Does what it says. Atmos sounds great also.

For the price it's great. Nobody complains about hearing, speaking and most of all it doesn't hurt your head.

The sound quality is absolutely the best I have had . And the battery life is long . One of the best sets I have bought ever.

Not excited that there is a subscription for Dolby atoms... as in it’s required for use. What happens after the two years included runs out? sounds better than my old Xbox wired headset. The mic is a pain in the you know what. To mute the mic you flip it up, which is cool other than after doing it a few times the mic slowly unplugs itself. Over all happy with the sale price of $100. But I would not pay the full $150.00 not durable enough for it.

Great headset, manufacturing issue with Mic. I have had two of the Plantronics RIG 800LX headsets now and the sound quality and ease of use is amazing. However, I will say there is a flaw in how the headsets are manufactured and the Mic that moved up and down to automatically mute or unmute frays a wire within the headset; which causes it to break after some use. Hoping the third purchase of this headset has addressed this defect.
