This is a great headset for gaming and watching movies. The Dolby Atmos makes a huge difference for both.

I figured it would be cool to get some Dolby Atmos headphones for a good price. I mainly use Sennheiser headphones and had some Polk audios as well but lacked a good gaming headset. Well you get what you pay for, the sound was decent however the base rattled the headphones with distortion. I was not impressed and wound up selling them.

For the first month, this headset was great. It is super comfortable and the sound, paired with Dolby atmos, is a great bang for your buck. However, after about two months I started getting this loud static noice in the background every time I unmuted the mic. It would come and go at first, but now it is always there. I’ve tried everything to try and fix it, changing setting, unplugging the mic, shutting off the headset, even resetting to the basic settings. I reached out to Nanco customer service two months ago. They said they would be able to send me a new one because the headset has a 1 year warranty. Unfortunately, I’m still having to email them once a week to check on the status. I get the same response every time, they are “looking into it and will forward me to the next department”, yet I never get an email back. It’s been very frustrating as the headset sounds extremely good when the mic is muted.

Bought this for my husband & he loves them! Great sound & very comfortable! He’s had some others before but these are the best.
