Nice headset but has some major flaws

The problem is that they do not last. My first pair had a mic issue after about 4 months. Plantronics replaced that headset with a new one. Again, about 44-6 months of use, same mic issue. There is clearly a design flaw here

Disappointed in Mic

Set up was easy and was recognized by the Xbox quickly. The only snag came with the mic. Friends stated that I cut in and out, and would often cut off entirely. Sort of difficult for raids. Overall the sound was immersive and I was happy with the overall quality of the rig. However I returned this set.

For audio issues with the microphone you might want to try resetting the connection with the USB receiver: On the USB receiver, press and hold the link button until you see the light flashing red and blue. On the headset, hold the power switch in the upmost position until it starts alternating red and blue. The procedure is complete once the light is off.
