A waste of money. Buyer Beware!

I've owned this product for a year and two months, now it no longer takes a charge. It's as if the product is not meant to last beyond one year. I would expect this out of cheap headsets under fifty dollars. But these are $150+. Also, don't expect help outside of warranty window, customer support is non existent. Buyer Beware! Break down: Sound quality and controls are good and easy to use. Value would be better if the product still worked. I'm not in the habit of throwing away $150, and with no recompense or help with the problem, then this purchase is a waste. There is no value in paying $150 for a product that is no longer operable after one year.

The mic stopped working and was very sensitive when it did break. Occasionally the headset would just burst with loud noise. Truly hurting your ears at max volume. Other than that they worked great until they broke. Great qaulity in sound.
