A waste of money. Buyer Beware!

I've owned this product for a year and two months, now it no longer takes a charge. It's as if the product is not meant to last beyond one year. I would expect this out of cheap headsets under fifty dollars. But these are $150+. Also, don't expect help outside of warranty window, customer support is non existent. Buyer Beware! Break down: Sound quality and controls are good and easy to use. Value would be better if the product still worked. I'm not in the habit of throwing away $150, and with no recompense or help with the problem, then this purchase is a waste. There is no value in paying $150 for a product that is no longer operable after one year.

Excellent Headset!

They are lightweight, comfortable on my bald head, easy to operate, and have a superior sound quality. You must download the new dolby sound app, (code is included) but that's no problem. Once you have downloaded the app to your Xbox, the sound is amazing!!! I highly recommend this product!

Only thing we’ve heard from my sons friends is that if his microphone is close to his mouth it’s very loud on the other end. Move the mic a little away from mouth for better audio. Highly recommend Best Buy extra warranty as well as my kids have broken every headset that I didn’t get the extra warranty.
