Connecting the device to my xbox one x worked for some time then suddenly I would get loud crackling and the Bluetooth suddenly dropping and reconnecting I won’t go into anymore specifics but if you look up this product on REDDIT you can see all the negative reviews, customer service is a joke because you can only have them email/call/text(?) you. No love support when searching the main page. Also the Plantronics Hub doesn’t work with this device. Will be returning this product. Tl;dr Sound is decent, no mic monitoring, great battery life, bad dongle connection.

Posted .Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our RIG 800LX SE. We're sorry to hear you've had trouble with your unit. There's a few things we can try in order to troubleshoot it. Please try resetting the connection between the headset and the adapter. To do so: 1- Make sure the device switch, on the back of the USB receiver, is set to Gaming Console before you connect it to a different USB port in the Xbox One. 2- On the USB receiver, press and hold the link button until you see the light flashing red and blue. 3- On the headset, hold the power switch in the upmost position until it starts alternating red and blue. Once the light goes off the procedure is complete. You might also want to try placing the wireless transmitter as far away as possible from other wireless enabled devices and connecting it to a different USB port to see if this helps the issue since this could be causing interference. In case you get the same results, please note this unit has a one-year limited warranty from date of purchase. Problems I encounterd: 1. Keep notifying me "headset connect/disconnect" during the game play with voice alert, although I was sitting very close to my console with a medium level battery. 2. Sound cut in/out bad, sometimes skipped audio and a few times total loss of sound during the game. 3. It does sit beside my main FIOS router, but if wifi interference is indeed the cause then this is a bad product. i can't imagine nobody is putting console close to router for the faster and more stable ethernet connection, and it's laughable if just for the sake of this headset I have to sacrifice the entire 5G Hz wifi. 4. Had scenarios that volume all of sudden increased to max and the rockers on headset lost control of the volume (not able to adjust the volume). I tried to like the dolby atmos sound, but if it keeps disconnecting like this in my setting, it becomes useless.
