Does not always sync with the Xbox One

Even when attempting to manually pair it will take multiple tries before accomplishment. Sound quality, however, is wonderful.

Please make sure this is the procedure you are following in order to pair it with the receiver: Make sure the device switch, on the back of the USB receiver, is set to Gaming Console before you connect it to a different USB port in the Xbox One. On the USB receiver, press and hold the link button until you see the light flashing red and blue. On the headset, hold the power switch in the upmost position until it starts alternating red and blue. Once the indicator light is off, it means the procedure is complete. You might also want to test your unit with a PC in order to isolate the cause of the issue. Please note this unit has a one-year limited warranty from date of purchase. These are not available in the store and I was able to order and get them within a few days! I really was most happy with their service! Wireless headset with a flaw

The problem... it’s quiet. Once you get the volume situated you can hear the digital amp clip the sound then you back it down and you can’t hear anything.

If you are experiencing some audio issues with the headset you may want to establish a new connection with the adapter. To do so: 1) Unplug the wireless adapter from your gaming console and restart it (completely turn it off and back on). 2) Reconnect the adapter and press and hold down the linking button on your adapter until it starts flashing an alternative red and blue. 3) Once flashing red and blue please put your headset in pairing mode by pressing and holding the power switch towards the linking icon until it starts flashing red and blue as well. 4) Once the headset stops flashing and the LED light on the adapter is solid purple means they are successfully connected. You may also want to test the headset connected to your PC to isolate the issue. Remember this unit counts with a limited warranty since the first day of purchase. We apologize that you have not had an ideal experience with your RIG headset. A common cause for unreliable connection with the RIG 800LX could be from the wireless adapter being located too close to a WiFi router. Both the RIG 800LX headset and wireless internet operate at 2.4 GHz wireless frequency. If the adapter for the 800LX is right next to your WiFi router, it can cause interference. Simple solution is to just move it away from the wireless router to reduce interference. Great sound

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These headphones work great but one issue is that sometimes the connector going into the Xbox doesn't connect to the headphones and I have to restart my Xbox to get it to work. The other thing is you can't buy the connector separately if it has issues.
