Great headphones for xbox

Or it may be the communication between headphone and xbox. Just hasn't act up enough to try to rule one of them out to find out exactly the main issue

Great Headset with some problems

Awesome quality, especially the comfort you can wearing them for an hour or more. Unfortunately, my headset short now were it powers itself on and off white in use. I thought maybe the headset needs to be charged but after a full charge the issue continues. I highly recommend if you purchase this headset get the 2 yr warranty.

Posted .We apologize you are having issues with your RIG 800LX headset. Here are a few things you can try that may provide a solution. Make sure that the device that you are plugging the micro-USB cable is providing power or that the console is not in a power-saving mode when shut down. Try plugging in the headset into a USB power adapter that uses power from the wall (AC power). NOTE: Make sure that the OUTPUT of the adapter is 5 Volts DC. You can damage your headset for supplying incorrect voltage. Next up is a reset. 1) Push the power switch into the “On” position. 2) Make sure the micro-USB cable is plugged into a power adapter, your console, or your PC.
3) Plug in the headset with the micro-USB cable. The headset may cycle between “Power On” and “Power Off” voice
prompts. This is an expected behavior. 4) Let the headset charge for an hour and unplug it.5) Check the status of the headset by turning it off and turning it on. The headset should say “Power On” when powered on. 6) Turn off the headset and plug it back in to continue charging (usually another hour). Your headset is now back to normal operation. If the headset does not return to normal operation after these steps, or it does not power on after the power cycle on Step 5, please contact the RIG Customer Support for further assistance. Good sound, good mic, but..

The top strap, while being comfortable at first, has no adjustment and will start to be uncomfortable after a long 4+ hour session.

I kid you not, 30 min later all of a sudden they were blaring in my ear. I didn’t like how you can’t adjust the game/chat mixer indecently either. You’d figure for 150$ headphones you’d get what a pair of 80$ turtle beaches costs. I bought the astros. Do yourself a favor and buy them too. You work hard, you deserve it haha

In order to troubleshoot audio issues please try resetting the connection between the USB receiver and the headset. Make sure the device switch, on the back of the USB receiver, is set to Gaming Console before you connect it to a different USB port in the Xbox One. On the USB receiver, press and hold the link button until you see the light flashing red and blue. On the headset, hold the power switch in the upmost position until it starts alternating red and blue. The procedure is complete once the lights go off. If you still get the same results, most likely the unit has a problem and we need to replace it. Battery life is really good too, only have to charge it once every couple of days. Price is the only reason it's not 5 stars.

The first 2 had bad sound through the mic. This headset worked as expected. I haven't heard any complaints from my son...so they must be just fine.

No noise cancellation. Can turn game up and voice chat low and friends hear game clearly through my earcups in their mic.

Now before I get who’s the hell does he think he is I own elite 800x multiple Astro sets as well these just on approach looked amazing out the box felt cheap no Bluetooth for connectivity to mobile devices or ability to playback music sorry I’m not sorry but there are a lot of gaming over ear phones that offer theses features instantly returned due to the lack of choose wisely

The connection would drop. I contacted the manufacturer and they replaced it for free with a brand new one. That is awesome!

If the feature means little to you then this headset can't be beat. The spatial audio is spot on. Couldn't be more satisfied. Worth the price.
