The controls are easy to manage and connecting is very simple. The battery last long as well.

Please try using a different micro-USB cable and Wall charger to isolate the cause of the issue. You might also want to try holding the power switch for longer (around 10 seconds) to see if you get a different response. If the headset still doesn't turn on then most likely has an actual problem and we'll need to replace it. This unit has a one-year limited warranty from date of purchase.
