Amazing 24 hour battery life on one charge. It comes with a Dolby Atmos code for the Xbox One. You cannot go wrong with this for the price. I think you will be pleasantly surprised at the performance from this set. And the size can be adjusted to fit different sized domes.

However the headset feels poorly made and my friends could barely hear me due to the poor mic quality and the mic not being flexible. I don’t believe the Xbox one is ready for Bluetooth connection. The headset did sound well however but too many flaws to overlook.

If you are experiencing some issues with the microphone of the headset you may want to adjust the settings on the gaming console and make sure the headset is selected. You may also want to establish a new connection with the wireless adapter. To do so: 1. Unplug the wireless adapter from your gaming console and restart it. 2) Reconnect the adapter and press and hold down the linking button on your adapter until it starts flashing an alternative red and blue. 3) Once flashing red and blue please put your headset in pairing mode by pressing and holding the power switch towards the linking icon until it starts flashing red and blue as well. 4) Once the headset stops flashing and the LED light on the adapter is solid purple means they are successfully connected. Remember this unit counts with a limited warranty since the first day of purchase. Please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at www.plantronics.com/support if you require assistance.

This headset decides when to hold a good charge and has static on mic piece, then you need to pull off and replug it

Eventually, something in the microphone wore out from the flip to mute feature, and the voice portion went from great, to staticky, to non-functional.

However after purchasing these at the end of January last year the mic started to fail recently. I contacted the new company based out and France now. What can I say terrible service, I have told many people to buy these because for the price I thought they are the best headset you can get. However I was seriously wrong about these , they are not worth the money. No headset should Break after one year of use. The best part is because it was a month out they told me they could do nothing, and proceeded to say I hope that we still have your business. Do not I repeat do not buy these anymore. Until that new company learns how to conduct proper costumer service I would never buy anything from them. Read they new comments, the new company won’t even message people back about the warranty.

In order to troubleshoot this type of issue you might want to try the following steps: Be sure to configure the volume levels on both headset system and device, also unplug all the cables and make sure these are reconnected to the correct ports. Lastly, please try to re-link the headset to the adapter: Make sure the device switch on the back of the USB receiver is set to Gaming Console. Press and hold the link button until you see the light flashing red and blue. On the headset, hold the power switch for 6 or 8 seconds in the upmost position until it starts alternating red and blue and wait for then to power off. In case none of these suggestions work, please note this model has a limited warranty from the date of purchase. Also the party chat sound dial and the game chat dial does not work proper all of the time.

I'm still waiting back on the company b.c they say they are waiting on parts. So hopefully it will be resolved. Another con to this headset is the chat mixer is really not mixable. There is a small section of the adusment wheel that's actually usable. There for you have to have chat all the way (which greatly reduces the game volume). Then headset volume maxed to get a decent volume.

Great when they are working
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't know if my headset is messed up or what but I repeatedly have my set disconnect about every 20 to 30 minutes or so and have to reset the unit...so I'm sure it's probably just my set. But when they are working, especially with the Dolby Atmos, man they are awesome when everything is going good. I could hear footsteps nearby and can tell where people are shooting at me from in my Xbox One games. And movies sound amazing if the movie has Atmos. I will return these and see how it goes and update my review.

Now that inolayed PubG i needed to hear the game with precision instead of rlying on speakers. I tried the Turble beach model for $150 (stealth 700). They sucked. Constant dropout and loss of connection. And sound was ok... So i returned those and picked up these for the same price. My research came in clutch becuse the Rig 800s are the best. Light wieght, comfy, great sound. Easy connect. And came with 15.00 dolby Atoms voucher to give u access the high quality audio in games. Cannot go wrong with these. GET THEM!!!!!!
