Polycom sold Rig to Nacon, a European company. The support is terrible and some of the page you need to file a claim in unavailable in English. DO NOT BUY - Nacon support is TERRIBLE.

Bought this and loved it so much, but it stopped charging after 6 months of use. Kind of a waste of money for how much I spent on them. Never had a problem with astros or turtle beaches like this.

Hello there! Thank you for your review, however, we are sorry to hear about your experience. Charging issues with Bluetooth headsets can be a problem caused by the power source, cable or the product itself (it can be the charging connector or the battery on some cases). You may want to try charging the headset with a different charging cable and power source to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason the issue remains, then it means the headset has an actual problem and it will be best to replace it. Remember this unit counts with a limited warranty since the first day of purchase and you can request a replacement directly through our official website: https://bit.ly/2Xs8dAm. Please note the life span of the product depends on the usage but on many cases they last for way past their warranty period. Please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at 800-985-9815 if you require assistance.

Have had two different models of the Rig linup, for the Xbox One, now, and have tried several Turtle Beach headsets, and the Microsoft branded stereo headset, and I like this one by Plantronics the best. Setup isn't too bad, but you have to either fully shut down the Xbox before plugging in, or restart it after in order for the Xbox to realize it is plugged in.
I found the headset to be extremely comfortable, and I have been very impressed by the battery life. Also, I found that I could use the headset while charging, while a friend of mine with the exact same headset could not.
All in all, the headsets in Plantronics line of Rig headsets are the best headsets I have ever owned, in terms of comfort, and functionality.
Only thing I would change- they can't reproduce as much bass as I would like to SFX and some music, but is very passable

I don't usually write reviews unless a product truly stands out, whether for better or worse.
These headphones were purchased because I received gift cards for Christmas that totaled $150. I have to be honest, I almost want to buy them again just to show support for how outstanding they are.
The battery easily lasts a week, I game around 1.5 hours per night. I have never heard "Battery Low" when booting them up, I simply plug them in Saturday night before bed. The headphones are extremely comfortable and do not cause you to sweat. They are so comfortable that my wife actually prefers to use them when she watches TV on my Xbox One (via YouTube TV, another amazing product). All of my friends hear me loud and clear, and the muting mechanism (you simply slide the microphone piece up to mute and down to talk) is ingenious.
Do yourself a favor and just buy these. They are everything you could want in a gaming headset.

Bought these when they came out and was a little sceptical, but i was proved wrong. Easy connection, easy button functions, great mic, mute the mic by simply flipping it up. Best of all theyre only $150 unlike the Astros.

Gread headset for Xbox one gameing, but one quirk

Gread headset for Xbox one gameing, but one quirk, would be 5 fo 5 if not for the one quirk. The quirk is that every time I power on the Xbox One system, I have to unplug and replug the USB dongle for the headset. Xbox One will not recognize the USB dongle unless this is done. I contacted Plantronics, and they recommended I return the unit, I did it, and both the 2nd and 3rd units had the same quirk, the headset works great, but for the inconsistent assignment on Xbox One power on. Also, the sound quality is great, ATOMS is quite nice, but it is a bit bass or booming heavy. This is fine for gaming, even watching movies on Xbox One, but if you are listening to music, you may find this an issue. Last, as some others have noted, there is no microphone monitoring support for this headst in Xbox One OS. So, the microphone is a bit sensitive, with no way to adjust same. But as long as any gamer friends don't have their microphones dialed too high, this should not be an issue, I only hear echo or audio rebound when friends have their microphones set quite high at their end.

Hello! Thank you for your honest review, however, we are sorry to hear about your experience. Microphone issues can be caused by a bad connection. Next time, you may want to establish a new connection with the wireless adapter. To do so: 1) Unplug the wireless adapter from your gaming console and restart it. 2) Reconnect the adapter and press and hold down the linking button on your adapter until it starts flashing an alternative red and blue. 3) Once flashing red and blue please put your headset in pairing mode by pressing and holding the power switch towards the linking icon until it starts flashing red and blue as well. 4) Once the headset stops flashing and the LED light on the adapter is solid purple means they are successfully connected. Our intention is to provide the highest quality products to our customers and we thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at 800-985-9815 if you require assistance!
