This ear piece has the best sound quality, meaning loudness to actually hear your call when it's operating. I found all the others you could never hear on them, even at full volume. This one has excellent sound and the noise canceling works very well also!

I initally bought a different brand of wireless head phones for talking while I walked the dog. everyone said it sounded like I was in a tunnel. I went back to best buy and explained that i needed a wireless earpiece that sounded better on cell calls. The best buy tech suggested these and they sound much more clear. I have had multiple Bluetooth headsets. This one by far is my favorite! It has great sound, responds well to voice commands, and it eliminates outside noise. The app that is attached with it also really helps to understand how to work it. If you have trouble with them staying in your ear, this one is secure and comfortable. I forgot I was wearing it! I recommend this headset. It's worth the price!

This is the best Bluetooth I have ever owned it works perfect it's comfortable has great features like auto answer when you pick it up or if it's in your ear it ask you if you want to answer or decline people in the other line says they can hear me clearly the only thing I would say it doesn't pick up more than about 30 feet away from your phone but just take your phone with you it works perfect!

After two years of daily use I had to replace my original earpiece because the battery would get maybe three hours of talk time and I had to turn it on and off with a paperclip. So, I purchased a new one in Oct 2017. Unfortunately, almost immediately, I noticed that talk time was not nearly at the max, now it doesn't even charge completely and it doesn't consistently announce the caller. I would chalk it up to getting a defective earpiece but I bought my mom one at the same time and she experiences the same thing.

Best blue tooth I've used for calls. Cuts out background noise so caller on the other end can hear your voice not everything else. Great for driving and calls made from noisy environments. Highly satisfied, only problem, I've lost three of them. Best to use behind the ear hook/clip to keep secure.

I love this Bluetooth device. The calls are clear and the person you talk to can hear you with minimal background noise.

The range of 98' is great. I can walk all over my house and my yard while leaving my phone sitting on the charger. The only problem is if your to close to your phone then it keeps switching back and forth from the headset to the phone. I just keep it at least 5' away.
