Q: what are the big differences between the 3220 and the edge. they look the exactly alike
A: Our Voyager 3200 series replaces our Voyager Edge and includes several improvements: Bluetooth version 4.1, wireless firmware and language updates, mute detection, up to 98 feet of range with class 1 Bluetooth transmitters and a redesigned charging case.
A: I too have used the Edge version. I returned it. This model (3220), is a HUGE improvement in my opinion. Much better reception, no missed calls..etc. It STAYS connected. I also have a mid-range model phone now, and it STILL (the 3220 version), works better.
A: Yes, the headset's noise cancellation technology will allow your voice to be heard clearly even in noisy environments although for the best noise cancellation performance we do recommend that you consider our Voyager 5200 series instead of the 3200 series. A: Hello! The 3200 is the base version, the 3220 is a Best Buy exclusive (available in black), and the 3240 includes a charging/carrying case. The differences between the 3200 and 3220 are cosmetic. A: Yes, the 3220 works with the 6s. Background noise is very minimal if any at all. I have called people just to inquire about how the sound quality and clarity. I have been told that the clarity is like I'm standing in the same room.
