• Yes, the 3220 works with the 6s. Background noise is very minimal if any at all. I have called people just to inquire about how the sound quality and clarity. I have been told that the clarity is like I'm standing in the same room.

• It can be paired. People I’ve been on the phone with, while using the voyager, have told me the ambient noice is minimal.
