A:AnswerOur Voyager 3200 series replaces our Voyager Edge and includes several improvements: Bluetooth version 4.1, wireless firmware and language updates, mute detection, up to 98 feet of range with class 1 Bluetooth transmitters and a redesigned charging case.
A:AnswerI too have used the Edge version. I returned it. This model (3220), is a HUGE improvement in my opinion. Much better reception, no missed calls..etc. It STAYS connected. I also have a mid-range model phone now, and it STILL (the 3220 version), works better.
A:AnswerYes, the headset's noise cancellation technology will allow your voice to be heard clearly even in noisy environments although for the best noise cancellation performance we do recommend that you consider our Voyager 5200 series instead of the 3200 series. A:AnswerHello! The 3200 is the base version, the 3220 is a Best Buy exclusive (available in black), and the 3240 includes a charging/carrying case. A:AnswerYes, the 3220 works with the 6s. Background noise is very minimal if any at all. I have called people just to inquire about how the sound quality and clarity. I have been told that the clarity is like I'm standing in the same room.
A:Answerthis bluetooth comes with a plastic piece that come over the ear as well as the small one that in my opinion does absolutely no good. I have had several of this model land each one of them comes with the over the ear system.

A:AnswerHi Lee! The unit counts with an 8-device memory, however it can only stay connected to two devices at a time. This feature is called Multipoint. Multipoint technology enables you to pair and connect your headset to two different Bluetooth audio devices at once. Note that you will not be able to use two devices simultaneously; instead, the benefit is that you will be able to answer an incoming phone call from either device using the headset. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our Customer Care Team at: 1-855-765-7878
A:AnswerHi! Yes. the Voyager 3220 headset is compatible with any device that supports Bluetooth headsets and audio streaming. Most smartphones nowadays are Bluetooth enabled so it should work. If your phone is not detecting the headset you may want to make sure the headset is in pairing mode. To do so: 1) With the headset powered on, press and hold down the call control button of the headset for at least 8-10 seconds until you hear "pairing" and it starts flashing red and blue. 2) Once flashing red and blue, access your phone Bluetooth settings and wait for "PLT_V3200" to come up and select it. 3) Once successfully paired you will hear "pairing successful" and the headset will stop flashing red and blue. Please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at 800-985-9815 if you require assistance.

A:AnswerHello! Let us help you with this, the headset is compatible with your phone. Most likely we just need to set it into pairing mode: Turn on the headset, press and hold the call button (the one used to answer calls) for around 7 seconds (LED will flash red/blue or you will hear "pairing"), let go and go back to the Bluetooth menu of your iPhone. The headset should now show up, tapping on the name will connect it.
