“I bought the Voyager Edge headset B255-M to replace my Voyager Legend which worked great. With the Edge a lot of calls don't go to the headset and I have to use my phone to answer calls. Is the Voyager 3220 a better option or have a better signal.”

I too have used the Edge version. I returned it. This model (3220), is a HUGE improvement in my opinion. Much better reception, no missed calls..etc. It STAYS connected. I also have a mid-range model phone now, and it STILL (the 3220 version), works better.

They both perform very similarly and you can expect the same range if using the headset with our BT series Bluetooth adapters or a mobile phone, extended range is only provided to the headset when connected to a class 1 Bluetooth transmitter with extended range.
