“Does this headset have a ear hook that fits over the ear? My ear is too small. I have tried a lot of different headsets that go in the ear but they don’t stay in they just fall out. I need a voice activated headset and this is the only one I have found.”

this bluetooth comes with a plastic piece that come over the ear as well as the small one that in my opinion does absolutely no good. I have had several of this model land each one of them comes with the over the ear system.
