QuestionI have a plantronic 3200 Voyeger Bluetooth not connecting to my IPhone.When I get a phone call the Bluetooth says Answer or Ignore I said Answer it doesn’t Answer I have to push the talk button to Answer the phone call.How can I fixed the problem.

- Answer Once the earpiece has been paired to your phone and saved within your Bluetooth devices, when powered-on it pairs usually within 2-3 seconds. Please note that if you get an incoming call and your headset was off and you turn it on to pick up the call, it may take 3-4 seconds for the Bluetooth signal to connect to the call.

- Answer There are two buttons and a volume rocker switch on the device. One button beeps and then awaits a command. I use this to request something from from cell phone like time or call requests. The other button is the pairing control and gives the battery status.

QuestionHow does this compare to the Explorer 500 series? I have a white Explorer 500 that I've had for years. It's small, lightweight, great sound, very comfortable & had great battery life. Unfortunately it'sstarting to fall apart

QuestionHow do I voice dial (android)? When I press and hold the mute/voice command button, I get the tone then a couple of beeps but no prompts like the manual says I should. It seems to automatically connect to Cortana to do a search.

- Answer Just press and hold button until you hear the beeps. Immediately speak a command and the virtual assistant will ask what you want to do.

- Answer Hello! The Voyager 3220 is compatible with any mobile phone or tablet that supports Bluetooth headsets. As for a laptop, we strongly recommend you to get the Voyager 3200 UC version which is designed to ensure PC/Laptop connectivity.. As you know, your computer is equipped with an internal Bluetooth adapter. Bluetooth technology works through several Bluetooth profiles, and these are the ones that the Bluetooth card should have to at least allow a connection to the headphones: Audio transmissions, Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), Hands Free (HFP) and/or Headset (HSP) Bluetooth profiles. Nowadays many computers have Bluetooth built-in but not all of them support Bluetooth headsets. Many times, these drivers are not installed by default – even on new computer installations. The standard version like the one you've selected might pair to your laptop but you may loose some features like range and good connectivity. - Answer Yes it works with the iPhone and Siri, in that way. I cannot speak for Android phones, but if they are similar to the iPhones with voice commands, I don’t see what not.
