Will it connect to devices at once null

Once the earpiece has been paired to your phone and saved within your Bluetooth devices, when powered-on it pairs usually within 2-3 seconds. Please note that if you get an incoming call and your headset was off and you turn it on to pick up the call, it may take 3-4 seconds for the Bluetooth signal to connect to the call.

If you are referring to the pairing procedure it is easy and quick. If you are trying to pair to multiple devices simultaneously, I have not tried to do that.

Mine connects to my phone as soon as I turn it on.
