“Can the Plantronic Voyager 3220 request a call to be placed by pressing button on the Bluetooth ? For instance, on my old plantronic Bluetooth, i pressed the button on the Bluetooth, and it would say, "Say a command".”

There are two buttons and a volume rocker switch on the device. One button beeps and then awaits a command. I use this to request something from from cell phone like time or call requests. The other button is the pairing control and gives the battery status.

The voice commands available in this model are Answer or Ignore for incoming calls, and you can can access your voice assistant (Siri, Google Now™, Cortana, etc.). To do so: when not on a call, press and hold the Voice button for 2 secondsuntil you hear the tone. Wait for the phone prompt to activate voice dialing, search, and other smartphone voice controls.
