I've owned several of these Bluetooth headsets (multiple brands) but this is superior to all the others i had... i wouldn't even write a review about them.

I had the previous version of this Bluetooth device(had for 3 years with no problems) and this new version works even better. And also uses the old charger

The functionality is good. It is not the most comfortable fit. I need to adjust throughout the day. (If I am wearing it correctly). It is a decent product. Sound quality is decent. It pairs with 2 devices but will only work with one.

Third one I have had over the years, eventually the battery doesn't last, maybe get two years out of it. But it works great, no ear pain an the sound quality is excellent. I recommend getting the charging case, not only does it recharge the battery but is a great case to hold the ear piece as its tiny an easy to lose.

I wish noise cancellation was better. The app and software for that are awesome including helping you find it.

It seems to work well. I like that you don't have to wear the ear piece and can just stick it in your ear. However, beware of it falling out. This and other similar earpieces are small and can get lost or fall to the ground easily.

Very comfortable to wear very light not too bulky.

This headset has very good sound, however, the battery life is very short. And I'm having a hard time getting it to stay in my ear - any head movement causes is to fall out.

I replaced the Plantronics M165 since iOS 13 has a bug with Bluetooth 3.0. It kept disconnecting. This earpiece is very comfortable and light and has very clear soind quality. I tested it with many listeners on the other end in noisy environments and it performs well. Doesn't sound like you're on a speaker phone.

I love this headset, it makes my life a little easier being able to multitask. The person on the other line is always clear & no complaints from their end. Definitely a best buy purchase if you're on the phone a lot. The only con is the battery life could be a little better, it only holds enough charge for about 3.5 - 4 hours.

form and functionality was what Ive come to expect from Plantronics. sadly the ear fit is lacking. ended up getting an aftermarket earpiece to make this headset work without falling out. better instructions without having to search online would also be a big plus

I was hesitant about the Voyager headset because of comments I saw saying only a 3 hour battery life. I have used mine now for a couple months and it can easily hold a 5 hour charge. If you want to use it with your laptop, make sure you get the version with the USB connector.

This was my first purchase of a Bluetooth headset, but I am very happy I bought it. It saves me tons of time dealing with earphones and tangled cords, I just place this on my ear (it is very secure) and can walk around and mute very easily. Holds a charge a long time and gives you a battery/talk time update when you turn it on.

I purchased the Plantronics Voyager because I was in need of a new bluetooth. My jawbone eras battery was shot, only last about 1.5yrs. The voyager has excellent sound quality, the app gives you great control and now I won’t misplace my Bluetooth since it has a locator on it. I’ve been using it for about a week, so far so good!

Excellent Bluetooth ear set! Calls are clear without static. Connectivity is flawless. Fits comfortably in your ear, with optional ear gels. The device announces the caller, and gives you the option to answer or reject the calls by voice command.
