Earpiece ,the smallest one is to big. I liked everything else. To bad you don't make one smallerthat go's behind ear with out the big long mouth piece. I liked that it would tell you whos calling .

I have been using this unit for 2 months and am very pleased with the bluetooth device. The answer call/ignore doesn't always work ( 90-95% of time works well). I may have to learn to adjust the unit for 100% of the time. I recommend this bluetooth device.

High quality earpiece with great features such as noise cancellation that works very well. The only problem that I have is that at times it can be hard to hear.

Has some feed back, like being in a tunnel is what I am told. Spend the extra money and get the upgraded models. It does work as it should, easy connection to phone with bluetooth.

Long battery life very loud and clear fast charging

I am on the go much of the time and dont always have the time or ability to look at my phone none the less hold my phone to my ear or mess with cables or get tangled up. I have 2 bluetooth ear buds for my phone calls and they work fantastic. My first unit purchased is an Explorer 550 from Plantronics and works awesome very light weight but not a huge amount of volume but works great. My second purchase was for more volume and this Voyager 3220 delivers on volume. A little bit bulkier but not uncomfortable by any means and yhe volume is there if you need it. Sometimes I even forget I'm wearing my head piece sometimes. This 3220 tells you who is calling and asks you if you would like to answer or ignore,,,,, its that simple! Great buy

The reason I bought this is that my bluetooth headphones had terrible mic quality. I also tried the Jabra Stealth but they were not good at eliminating loud noise such as cars passing through. The Plantronics 3220 have great mic quality and amazing noise cancellation for wind and loud traffic noises works like a charm.

Extremely durable. I accidentally left my headset in my front pocket before doing laundry. The device survived a trip to both the washer and dryer. The headset is excellent for mobile conversations. You can’t go wrong with this product.

As with all Plantronics units I have used, works great, stays in ear, sounds great. I just started having to wear readers, and my Plantronics Pro wrap around the ear didn't play well with my new glasses. Glad I bought this one as it works just as well as the $150 model I replaced!

It sits well in the ear but I wish it had more ear molds in different sizes. The sound quality is excellent so far but I haven't had crazy conditions to test it in yet. Overall it is great!

I make and receive calls constantly, and a bluetooth headset is a must for me. Holding a phone is impossible most times, and a cord can be very inconvenient. There are so many great features, and I love to just say "Answer" to answer an incoming call. Great product.

This is my 2nd Plantronics bluetooth...its durable and easy to use. My only complaint is that my previous one came with a charging base. This one only came with a car charger...good thing I kept the old one!

Stable in ear (important), decent sound quality, good controls except for inability to increase volume. Flexible earpiece comes off more easily than I would like, and makes one hand operation a bit troublesome at times.

Replaced a previous Plantronics which people were saying they couldn't hear very clearly. So far no complaints from the people I call and no background noise even when I'm driving with the window down, I love the caller ID function so I can either answer or ignore the call, best headset I've ever had.

So far I have enjoyed the Bluetooth Headset. I was concerned that it might irritate the inside of my ear, but it has been comfortable so far. The sound is clear and the volume adjustment has been good. Overall I am pleased with the device.

This is better than the more expensive Platronics 5200. Love this product!

Great product. I finally found a unit (after over a dozen) that does what it is supposed to do. The sound quality on both my end and the other is now not a hollow sound, the fit is super, doesnt fall out and doesnt hurt the ear. I highly recommend purchasing the charging base add-on... trust me.

This Bluetooth speaks in your ear to tell you of an incoming call if you will like to accept it or deny it with out pushing a button. if you are also watching something or listening to something it will Pause if your bluetooth comes off your ear so you wont miss anything .

Absolutely depend on being hands free as I'm definitely into multi-tasking. Love not having to use the loop as the bud fits nicely and doesn't fall out of my ear. The background noise cancelation is awesome! Absolutely love the Voyager!

I drive a truck . So I needed to be able to hear what my caller was saying . The one is perfect . Not to loud , not to soft . Just perfect . Do you even realize it’s in my ear . I was shocked . Tried several and returned them . This Is The One.
