I've had 2 Bluetooth brands as well as a Sony set that cost more than this but I LOVE this device for comfort, and clarity for both myself and the other person. I purchased the V3200 to replace my Plantronic Edge, only because the GeekSquad Protection Plan for the Edge expired 60 days before I bounced it off a marble floor, and while I can use it for listening, there's a problem with the microphone now, but I'm not surrendering it yet because it's so comfortable in the ear. LOVE Plantronic, and the Geek Squad Protection.

Talk time seems good and the power level indicator is a nice feature. Connects quickly. Occasionally, the connection has not been perfect and creates a hollow echo. This is easy to remedy by disconnecting and calling back. Seems to work as well as my trusty old Bose piece.
