Great Earpiece

I had purchased the same one 2 years ago and used it daily. It had broken when I dropped it and stepped on it...oops. I tried 2 different ones before googling plantronics 3220 and realizing my local Best Buy had it! I ran over and purchased it. Immediately out of the box easy set up+ And has the best clarity. Highly recommend!!!

Sometimes when using I can't hear the other person on the phone but when I press my speaker button on my phone..I can hear the other person. I will return for a new one....maybe this particular device has an issue.

Tried all the different size pieces. Everyone I spoke to said it echoed. Not very loud. Battery life was closer to 4 hours than 6. Pretty poor all the way around.
