It didn't fit my ear, to start off. And then the connection I got with my PC was fairly horrible. That was my experience. Like I said, though, my coworker loves hers.

Excellent Bluetooth Earpiece

This one is loud & clear without max volume. The battery doesn’t last as long as my old one, but gets the job done & lasts throughout the day & into the next before it needs to be charged again.
