The only down fall was the plastic ear piece is rather uncomfortable after a period of time being in your ear. I found some old ear pieces from previous headsets (motorolaboom 2) that seemed to cure the problem.

I love the Plantronics brand and thought this one would be a good fit for me after reading the reviews. I love that it gives the option of speaking "answer or ignore". It truly is hands-free. It can get uncomfortable after wearing for a long time.

So far, this is the 1st one that I’ve not had to return. With others I’ve purchased, callers complained that the device echo, sound like I was under water, etc. Most people don’t even realize that I’m on a Bluetooth device with this model!!!! It’s a keeper.
