This device is a lifesaver! The noise canceling feature has helped me to maintain quality calls with very minimal background noise. Also, the answering feature allows me to answer or deny calls coming in without having to press any buttons on my phone. Excellent product!

Only 4 stars because battery life is not longer than 5 hours, but since that is talk time, and not talk + standby, I have found this lasts about 2 days for me before needed to be recharged.

This bluetooth is easy to use and highly portable.

I have had 2 Plantronics - Voyager headsets. Love them. Everyone says it sounds like I am on my phone when talking to them. I can hear people clearly who call me. They stay in my ear and there is nothing behind my ear. Not discomfort.

Very sturdy and dependable. However, with recent iPhone updates, have been having some stability issues with connection. Not sure if it is the Plantronics or the iPhone causing the issue.

Bought this for my father and other then setting it up for him hes been able to use it easily. He's only had one issue where it disconnected from his phone mid call and stayed discounted until he restarted the headset.

This is a great product for everything when you are in a windy environment as the wind noise does not get canceled out. hat said the mute feature is easy to activate which I find very useful.

Works good. The auto answer feature is nice when it works. The instructions that are given could stand to be much better. Like it but it could be a little better considering the cost.

This Bluetooth is good but not great. Not what I imagined. It can last a few hours like 5. It happened a few times that I difficulty hearing with the sound volume go up and down that's when I had to take it off and use the phone.

The unit works well, however it only has 4 hours of talk time. If you do not talk a great deal, or use this to hear videos on your device then it may be alright for you.

The product has not fallen off my ear. The features allows me to listen to instructions from the g.p.s system. The volume is moderate its excellent for those people with good hearing. My hearing has not been affected due to the volume limits.

This headset has held up to many drops and other incidents. It's not great for wind noise. Person on the other end can't hear anything but wind if there's any kind of breeze outside.

I needed a new blue tooth headset as my old one died. I really like my Plantronics desk wireless headset so I gave this a try. I've had it for almost 4 months and am very happy with my purchase. I can wear it all day and it's comfortable and works great!

I love Plantronics they make excellent products but for the price of $99 you can get so much more. I returned the headset and paid 20 dollars more and got beats Maybe if it was 30 dollars cheaper it would make sense

A coworker has a Plantronics product and when I had the opportunity to bundle a couple of products as a reward for purchasing a new Galaxy s10+ I went for it. I'm a professional driver and my new gadget is now an indispensable part of my work kit!

Has good volume and is comes in clear. Does not do text to voice which is what I was looking for and was told it does.

I’ve used many plantronics headsets & this one is better if that’s even possible. It even has a feature to find it if you lose it. The app allows you to set up the headset the way you like & update it also when updates are available

Whether I'm in my car, airport, home, or hiking, this Bluetooth device has served me well. I'm safer by keeping my hands free and can multi-task like a champ. The protection plan also comes highly recommended.

I bought it because of light weight but I don’t really love it , i would go to apple AirPod or I suggest b350 TXRH for best noise cancellation

I purchased this earpiece and it actually worked very well but I’m active so it didn’t feel secure enough so returned it and got something that went around my ear
