I bought this, blue tooth for my husband for Christmas. He is one that electronics and him don' get along. He was able to get it up and is really enjoying it. Anyone that has a hard time with things and needs one this would be it

Vouce is clear. However, everyone hears whatever is going on in the background, even someone whispering.

Fast set up and grabs all my contacts for audible notification if desired. The Hub has an app for keeping the Hub and Headset updated as they roll out with new features. Excellent choice and the price is Great!

I needed a headset that would be secure to my ear and not fall off. My last one would get sweaty and slide off. This one looked to be tighter and would stay on my ear better. So far so good. Hasn't gotten to summer yet so we will see soon

painful inner ear after 3hours, battery life 6hrs - means have to turn off when not on call just to make it last a work day. volume button is hard to locate when wearing device - bad design - should have been made with different button shape for increasing volume. call clarity is ok. plantronic voyager legend is actually better BUT with mask wearing and eye glass wearing and blue tooth earpiece also going BEHIND THE EAR it was too much, eye glasses kept falling off.

About 7months after purchase it started having trouble connecting to my phone. I bought the protection plan and they replaced no problem. Otherwise it was a fantastic headset

Plantronics Voyager 3220 Bluetooth Headset connects reliably. Transmits and receives audio well. Volume buttons manipulate volume on phone; it does not have independent volume settings.

It holds securely in the ear and people did not ask me to repeat myself. I only found at high volume settings there is distortion, and so I can hear better several increments below the maximum.

This is the BEST bluetooth headset I've ever used. I have purchased four of them through the years and have never been dissappointed in the performance. I won't buy any other brand!

This device works well for connecting 2 devices and has worked well, EXCEPT when I move quickly, like running it looses connection and sometimes stops working. All else has worked well

This item has excellent features. I really love the noise cancelling feature especially when working from home or airports with lots of background noise. I wish I had bought it sooner. Absolutely no downside as of yet.

I love this headset. I a working from home and have to wear it all day and it is perfect. Fits very well and is very comfortable. This is second one as my cat got a hold of my first one.

It was purchased because there is no installation in truck for phone and accessories. Works perfectly, you do not have to hold phone. You can tell it to call contacts. Good purchase.

I am very pleased. The clarity is great. The only problem I am having is getting a charging case for it. Would be nice if they sold them in the store. Then you can buy it at the time of purchase or package deal.

It does the base level job well. But, it is not the most comfortable Item. I wish it held a Charge Longer, but it is not a Big Deal 4 hours of Talk time is good most days.

I have this ear piece for 2 weeks now. It works very well and the people in the other end of the line dint hear back ground noise. Buy this product with confidence.

Worked great at first. After a few months. I started getting a lot of complaints for people, saying they are having a hard time hearing me. I will disconnected the head set and switched the call to Iphone or speaker and people will tell me: I can hear you a lot better now. I noticed when I play back messages before sending them, the message is choppy like every other word a lot of the time or I sound muffled or both. Not Impressed!!!

This is an updated version of the Voyager Edge that I used for many years. I hear phone calls very clearly, and people tell me that they hear me clearly. Does exactly what I want it to do!

I like this blue tooth because it can access the contacts on my phone and inform me as to who's calling. It also has voice dial and re-dial capabilities. Over all a nice piece.

This is a long time favorite of mine... much prefer that it is one ear and not earbuds. voice activated and announces caller id or contacts coming in.
