This model has loud volume which is good for heavy outdoor construction.

I used it all winter no problem but have had to replace it in summertime due to getting wet and dropping calls. If you work in an office this thing is great in the field, not so much in the summertime. It is a low profile and I love it for working in air conditioned office or car environment.

Charging issues with Bluetooth headsets can be a problem caused by the power source, cable or the product itself (it can be the charging connector or the battery on some cases). We always recommend trying other chargers and cables just to completely isolate the problem. If you still experience charging issues with the headset, then it means that the battery has an actual problem and it is best to replace the headset if it is within warranty. If you would like to make calls directly with the headset, you can use the voice assistant of your phone. When not on a call, press and hold the voice/mute button for 2 seconds until you hear the tone, then you can say the name of the person stored in your phone contacts.
