I will purchased additional ones for my family members As far as reliability and sound it is the best I have ever used, it is with me everyday and the operational time is exceptional, The only issue I have experienced is when i miss place it, it would be great if there was a way to locate it somehow on my cell. I highly recommend this unique device to any one that uses their cell with great frequency, Good value and Best Buys warranty is a must.

I also had to buy a replacement over-the-ear clip, because the initial one broke so easily.

Sound is ok, but the actual item is very uncomfortable on the ear and over priced when compared to Bluetooth items that can sit comfortably round the neck. Regrettable purchase.
