Its really not what I'm used to, I rather not prefer a one ear Bluetooth. But they did what they were supposed to do while I had it.

This devise is better than what I had before because its louder and easier to hear on a construction site.

Posted .Hi! Thank you for your review on our Voyager 3200 headset, however, we are sorry to hear about your experience. The charging case shouldn't affect the headset in any aspects. If you are having some audio issues with the headset you may want to reset the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_V3200". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the LED on your headset will stop flashing red and blue. You may also want to test the headset connected to a different mobile to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason you still encounter the same audio issue with the headset then it means the headset has an actual problem and it is best to replace it. Remember this unit counts with a limited warranty since the first day of purchase, and if you need a replacement you can simply click on the following link for further instructions: https://bit.ly/2N637EC. Sound quality of my voice was nearly the same as using the laptop mic. If I want to sound echoey and tinny, I'm not going to spend money on it. Could hear fine. Comfort was fine. Appearance on my face was fine; even acceptable for work. But it didn't make me sound great to those hearing me. Tried several things (full charge, moved away from wall, looked online for help, tried using the app) and nothing helped. Expected more from Plantronics. Returned it.

This model is compatible with any cell phone or tablet that supports Bluetooth Headsets; However, when it comes to a PC/Laptop, as you know it is equipped with an internal Bluetooth adapter. Bluetooth technology works through several Bluetooth profiles and nowadays many computers have Bluetooth built-in but not all of them support Bluetooth headsets. Many times, these drivers are not installed by default – even on new computer installations. As you've seen the unit does pair but it does not provide the same audio quality. We strongly recommend you to check out our Voyager 3200 UC version which is designed to ensure PC connectivity and optimal performance. It provides the BT600 USB adapter which has all the necessary Bluetooth profiles. Thank you for your comments.
