Fabulous ear piece!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have worn this for 3 days now, all day. I am an extremely heavy bluetooth user (I wear at least 8 hours/day). My biggest issue is usually comfort for in-ear mono bluetooth headsets. This is pure comfort. I have used it as-is, right from the box, never needed to change eargels, or use the included ear loop. It stays put. It's comfortable, and not heavy. I don't even realize I'm wearing it sometimes, it's that light. I have tried all the brands and all the styles of mono headsets...this is by far the best in comfort, quality of sound, style, and ease of use. I prefer bluetooth headsets to be comfortable, have text-to-speech capabilities, voice readout of calls and at least 5 hours talk time. This meets and exceeds my expectations. There is only 1 issue I have with this headset. I feel the call button, though large and easy to locate, requires too much force to push while in my ear. While wearing a mono earpiece such as this, I feel it should take minimal effort to switch calls or hang up. This to me though, is a minor imperfection, something that I can deal with, because all of the other features outweigh this 1 negative. It still deserves 5 stars in my opinion.

The worst.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The worst Bluetooth earpiece I have ever purchased. Very uncomfortable to wear. If you wear glasses it is very annoying with the behind the ear hook. The sound quality is poor. Worst 100 dollars I have spent in a long time. I had a Motorola boom, the original version. I tried the boom 2 plus, however the sound quality is poor and looses connectivity several times daily.

Worst Bluetooth ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had issues with the Jabra Talk 45 so I exchanged it for this Plantronics instead. This was ok when I played music. I called my hisband and he couldn't stand talking to me after just 5 minutes. He said the noise and sound on his end was horrible. I have to say the same for me, I couldn't stand the noise and the volume was way too high on the lowest setting while in the call. I returned this the very next day!

Posted .Hello and thank you for your honest review on our Voyager 3200 headset. However, we are sorry to hear about your experience. If you are experiencing some audio issues with the headset, it could be due to a bad connection. Next time, you may want to reset the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_V3200". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the LED on your headset will stop flashing red and blue. If you were experiencing some issues with the volume of the headset, we recommend to try lowering the volume directly from the mobile to see if there is any improvement. Last but not least, we also recommend testing the headset with a different mobile to completely isolate the issue. Remember this unit counts with a limited warranty since the first day of purchase and you can request a replacement directly through our official website. Our intention is to provide the highest quality products to our customers and we thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at 800-985-9815 if you require assistance.

Don't Even Think About It
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If I could give zero stars I would. It is constantly turning up the volume on the ear piece to maximum every time I turn it back down. It also has a terrible habit of turning ringer volume all the way down on my iPhone when I disconnect it, every single time. This is the worst ear piece I have ever had, period.

Posted .Hello, the Voyager 3220 has a range of up to 98 feet, this is when connected to a Class 1 Bluetooth device and with optimum conditions, such as direct line of sight and low interference from electronic devices. Please try the following: 1) Completely unpair the headset from your device. 2) Power off and on both devices. 3) Turn on the headset, press and hold the call button for 7 seconds, let go when the LED flashes red/blue. 4) Scan with your phone and connect. This will reset the connection and improve the range if the connection was at fault. If you continue to experience difficulties, please don't hesitate to contact Plantronics Customer Care at 855-765-7878, additionally, you have a 1 year warranty from the purchase date, if needed.

Painful to wear
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using Plantronics bluetoothes for years. I thought I would try a different model. As soon as I opened the box I knew I made a mistake. I tried for two days to get used to it. I finally returned it and ordered the older model that I was used to.

Posted .Thank you for your honest review on our Voyager 3220 Headset. We're sorry to hear you didn't find a comfortable fit. Please be sure to try wearing your headset on either ear and also trying all of the included ear gel sizes. The loop of the gel ear tip tucks into the back curve of your ear for a stable fit. You might also want to try rotating the ear tip on the headset or add the optional clip-on ear loop in order to find the most secure and comfortable fit.
If you are experiencing audio issues, please ensure your unit's firmware is up to date by checking for updates and applying any (if available) through our Plantronics Hub for Desktop: https://goo.gl/MFVWVF In addition to this, testing your headset with different phones and also at different locations and while connected to a single device at a given time is ideal in order to isolate the cause of the problem. In case you get the same results, please note this unit does have a one-year warranty from date of purchase.
We will forward your feedback to our team for future consideration, please don't hesitate to contact our customer care group at https://www.plantronics.com/us/en/support/contact if you require assistance!

Posted .Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our Voyager 3220 Headset. We're sorry to hear that your headset is disconnecting from calls and having audio issues. Please ensure your unit's firmware is up to date by checking for updates and applying any (if available) through Plantronics Hub for Desktop. https://goo.gl/5ceQ1v You might also want to try disabling the Master sensor under Settings>Sensors on Hub. These sensors detect the pressure of your ear when you are wearing it but there can be several environmental conditions triggering the sensors so they transfer the call back to the phone as if you were not wearing the earpiece. A few examples could be wearing glasses or having the earpiece a bit loose from your ear. In case you get the same results, please note this unit has a one-year limited warranty from date of purchase.
