    I had the edge before and I got this one to replace my old one. Battery life is pathetic

If you are getting a reasonable low amount of talk time it could be related to a battery issue. In this case you may want to try charging the headset with a different charging cable to completely isolate the issue. You may also want to check if your headset doesn't have any kind of updates available through Plantronics Hub: https://www.plantronics.com/us/en/support/downloads-apps/hub-desktop. If for some reason you still have the same issue with the battery of the headset then it means it has an actual problem and it is best to replace it. If you are experiencing some audio issues you may want to reset the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access your phone Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_ V3200". You may also want to test the headset connected to a different mobile to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason you are still experiencing the same problem, then it means the headset has an actual problem and it is best to replace it. Please note the life span of the product depends on the usage but on many cases they last for way past their warranty period. This unit has up to 6 hours of talk time, however performance is dependent upon battery and may vary by device. You might want to test it with a different phone to see if you get a different response with talk time. If you get the same amount of talk time, please ensure your unit's firmware is up to date through our Plantronics Hub for Desktop available on our website. Please avoid discharging your headset completely or leaving it discharged for extended periods of time. The battery loses the ability to hold a complete charge and please store your headset at room temperature. When batteries are exposed to elevated levels of heat such as inside a hot car, they lose their ability to store energy. If you still have these issues then please note this unit has a one-year limited warranty from date of purchase.     It is so difficult to keep in your ear. Did not have the one I wanted. So I had to settle for this one plus it was $20.00 more. Having no choice in the matter I bought It anyway. Looking for something more suitable.

    No wind cancellation, only good for driving a car or in home/office. If you plan on using this outside, reconsider. Does not cancel wind, even slightest breeze. I like 5220, but Best Buy did not have in stock when I purchased 3220. Hope to get 5220 again soon.

      Thank you for your honest review on our Voyager 3220. We're sorry to hear you've had trouble with your unit. There are a couple of things that could fix this issue. First, please ensure your unit's firmware is up to date through our Plantronics Hub Software for Desktop: https://goo.gl/5ceQ1v. The sensors are designed to detect when you are wearing the headset, however there can be environmental conditions that trigger these sensors as if you were not using the earpiece. i.e. wearing glasses, when the earpiece is a bit loose from your ear, and so on. To verify if it is related to the sensors: Hold both the Mute and Call buttons for more than 4 seconds until the LED flashes purple then red. Repeat to reactivate; the LED flashes purple then blue. Testing your headset with a different phone and while connected to a single device is ideal to isolate the cause of the problem. If you still experience this issue after following these steps then the unit might have an actual problem. Please note this unit has a one-year limited warranty from date of purchase.     Very often has static plantronics M165 better valu

    This is my third somehow lost 2 had the same problem with all three static Uncomfortable my wife has a Plantronics M165 she’s had it for several years no problem she resisted having one but now can’t live without it don’t waste your money it’s overpriced and overrated

    Dumber than the Legend predecessor (which was outstanding!). Won't answer by voice half the time, and can't find your contacts most of the time. Usually won't give you a status report on switching on or off. Manual operation works well, otherwise just a 1 star.
