    I have been generally unhappy with the sound quality of this Bluetooth. My previous Bluetooth Had much better sound and people said they could hear me much better. I will go back to that brand from now on

If you are having some audio issues with the headset, you may want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_V3200". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the LED on your headset will stop flashing red and blue. You may also want to disable the smart sensors of your headset and check if it doesn't have any kind of updates available through Plantronics Hub: https://bit.ly/2NNfqpE. Last but not least, we recommend testing the headset with a different mobile to completely isolate the issue.     I have had my voyager for a week now. It has already started to turn itself on and off. As well as not picking up commands. It will activate calls and stop calls without my knowledge.

As you know, this model comes with 2 additional sizes of ear tips to find the ideal size. To adjust the fit, rotate the eartip on the headset or add the optional clip-on earloop. Please note: if the eartip feels loose after use, remove the eartip, wash it in warm water, let it dry and reattach. These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes; however, we do know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style. To troubleshoot audio issues, reset the Bluetooth connection between your phone and the earpiece: https://bit.ly/2OOMfnw . To set the earpiece in pairing mode, press and hold the call button for 6 or 8 seconds, until the indicator light flashes red and blue repeatedly.     Excellent Bluetooth Headset

    I had the previous version of this Bluetooth device (Plantronics Voyager Edge) and I had it for more than 2 years with no problems. This new upgraded version is great too. Excellent sound, excellent mic, excellent battery talk time which is exactly 6 hours and few minutes, and it’s very comfortable. But I don’t know if I can charge this voyager 3220 with the old Voyager Edge portable charging case?

Whenever you receive a call you can either press the call button to answer the call or simply say "answer". If you are experiencing some linking issues with the headset, you may want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on.
      3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_V3200". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the LED on your headset will stop flashing red and blue.       Thank you for your honest review on our Voyager 3220. We're sorry to hear about your experience. As you know, this product has up to 6 hours of talk time. In order to troubleshoot battery issues, please charge your unit with a different micro-USB cable and a 5 volt wall charger. Furthermore there are a few things to take into account in order extend the battery life of your product: Store your headset at room temperature. When batteries are exposed to elevated levels of heat such as inside a hot car, they lose their ability to store energy. If storing your headset for an extended period of time, discharge it to around a 40 to 50 percent charge. Lithium ion oxidizes at its highest rate if the battery is fully charged, which leads to quicker deterioration. Avoid discharging your headset completely or leaving it discharged for extended periods of time. The battery loses the ability to hold a complete charge. If the earpiece is falling out please be sure to try wearing your headset on either ear and also trying all of the included ear gel sizes in order to find the most secure fit and comfortable fit. This is a Bluetooth Class 1 device (Up to 98 feet) with Class 1 Bluetooth enabled devices. If your phone isn’t a Class 1 Bluetooth device, then your maximum range will be closer to the standard 10m/33ft Bluetooth range.If you're getting less than 10 meters of range then there might be an actual problem with the unit.     A lot of echo and static when talking to someone in the car or also using a Bluetooth. Thought this would work much better than just headphones but it doesn’t. Wouldn’t recommend

    Best Bluetooth ever

    I have had the edge for over two years and it’s the clearest and most discreet headset. Love the noise canceling feature, since I’m a truck driver I have never had any complaints about background noise. I upgraded to this new model today through the insurance due to the Bluetooth not functioning properly but I used it daily through good and bad weather. Left it in the truck in hot and cold weather and it never missed a beat. I have tried many earpieces before this and I do recommend plantronics 3200 series. Don’t hesitate.
