    I bought the Voyager 3220 on 11/22, so I've only had it for a couple of days now. I like the features the headset offers such as the syncing with my contacts and telling me who is calling, then allowing me to answer or reject the call by saying "answer" or "ignore". I can't comment on things like battery life and durability at this time. I was running some water in my sink while talking with my Mom on Thanksgiving and asked her if she could hear the water running and she could, so not so sure how good the Noise Cancelling is. The one thing that I have an issue with is the comfort of this device, the ear buds that come with the 3220 are very uncomfortable. I used the Motorola Booms for a number of years and they were so comfortable to wear that at times I would forget that I was wearing it, can't say the same for this one! Since Best Buy has the 15 day return policy, I may end up returning this If the comfort does not improve.

    Outstanding Ear Piece

    First, I have been a Plantronics Voyager Edge user for years and although I have always loved that ear piece, when I turned on this 3200 I immediately could hear the increase in volume while listening to the caller! I had to turn the volume down for the first time ever when after all this time I simply wanted a little more volume out of the Edge. This ear piece is extremely easy to connect to my Samsung Galaxy 6 phone and another benefit outside of the increased volume is the ability to download the Plantronics App and use the ear piece locator! The volume when using the locator is sufficient enough to locate your lost ear piece in a quiet setting. The weight is no different than the Edge and continues to be light weight and very comfortable to wear. Again, the volume for listening is what really makes me give this review a 5! To all readers that are hooked on the Edge like I was, move on to this new model 3200 and you will be quite pleased!

    I wanted to spend less money, but I decided to buy the Voyager 3220 bluetooth headset, and it's worth the money. I'm on my cell quite a bit, and this device is comfortable, loud and very clear. It took me a while to get it to fit, but if you follow the instructions on the app, it will fit comfortably and securely into your ear. I also purchased the 2-year protection plan because all bluetooth devices are fragile. Don't waste your money on lesser expensive models, sometimes it pays to buy the best!

    The battery meter is inaccurate, it takes forever to charge, it Might tell you it's on when you turn it on, the same when you turn it off. It might announce the call but don't bet on it. Voice command doesn't work. DO NOT waste your money!

      Hi! Thank you for your review on our Voyager 3200 headset, however, we are sorry to hear about your experience. It takes 90 minutes to fully charge the headset. Charging issues with Bluetooth headsets can be a problem caused by the power source, cable or the product itself (it can be the charging connector or the battery on some cases). We recommend charging the headset with a different cable to completely isolate the issue. If the headset won't always give you the voice prompts you may want to check if the headset doesn't have any kind of updates available through Plantronics HUB: https://www.plantronics.com/us/en/support/downloads-apps/hub-desktop. You may also want to disable the smart sensors of the headset to isolate the issue. If for some reason you still experience the same issue then it means the headset has an actual problem and it is best to replace it.
