This headset is a great value. It works well with good call quality and battery life acceptable for its small size.

This version is better than the older Voyager Edge, but it doesn't come with the case/charger that the older one came with. I would suggest to find it online because this bluetooth just isn't complete without it. Also, this one actually has a slightly different case than the old one, but the old case works on it too.

This is definitely one of the best headsets ever made. It has great call quality and battery life.

I've had many different bluetooth devices over the years. Some have been just okay. I've now had three different versions of this model. I have really liked every one of them. Light weight, great sound. And I really appreciate being able to answer, ignore, etc, with simple voice commands. This time I had purchased a cheaper one, which I immediately exchanged for this one.

I have used this type of bluetooth for my phone calls for many years. I only upgraded to this model when my last one was stepped on. This works just like it's advertised. Sound is great. No problems. I work with my hands so need hands-free phone calls. This does the job great. I like the app that can control the functions of the earpiece. Makes it easy to change things around.

Clear talk and listen! Battery last me all day without charging until night for next day. Comfortable wear!

Over the years I have had Jabra, JawBone and some knockoffs but this by far has been the easiest device to use over all others. It slips into the ear not over the ear, which I like as well. That was it doesn’t interfere with my sun glasses. The sound is clear and volume for hard of hearing folks like myself, is excellent! The Best Buy guy that recommended this was spot on... it will not disappoint you.

Decent sound for an open-style device, but where it really shines is in the capture department. Everyone I talk to using this can always hear me clearly. The features it includes is really nice too. The ability to assign the assistant feature of choice is greatly appreciated (I love Googles Assistant, but poor Bixby needs some love too). A great purchase, above the 5200 model, I feel.

Overall a good product. I tried Voyager 5200 for a while and 3200 for a while and decide to keep 3200 because of it's easier fit. Provides additional value if purchased with portable charging case. Excellent smart sensor features. Good microphone and reasonable sound. Not the best for windy conditions.
