This headset is overall very nice, sounds, feels and operates great. Pros: Sound quality is great Wife said sound deadening works great when i'm driving. Fit is awesome love the in ear loop, doesn't feel like it's going to fall out like other headsets I like the case and the ability to keep it protected and that it has a built in battery to recharge the headset on the go without plugging in any wires. Cons: None thus far

Great even if i'm in a noisy place or in the car with the windows opened. Battery life is good too.

I have been using Bluetooth earphones for some years now. I think this could be my tenth device. So far the product works fine. I am an entrepeneur and I use to work in many different places, in some cases noisy open spaces. Before I bought the Voyager It was difficult to have a productive conference, now is different. I like a lot the feature of having its own on the move charger, its great. My only concern is the size, I am sure next versions could be smaller, hope they keep them working like the actual model.

Links to multiple phones at once and recharges quickly in its cradle. Very good sound quality. I haven't been able to get a true 6 hour talk time usage from the device, but the quick recharging cradle more than gets me through the day.

Love this product! Fits comfortably in ear good quality sound and the noise reduction fantastic.

I particularly like this one for the noise cancellation, however that's my only complaint as well bc while its cancelling it can go in and out with a noise that sounds similar to hearing another conversation. It's minor and only tends to happen in the car with the windows down, which the fact that I can even do that makes this just a minor issue. Great battery life and very very clear. Best Bluetooth I've used to date!! And it's my second one as I lost my first one and loved it so much I had to replace it!!!

Had a jawbone before (5 years now) and this had great reviews. I needed one that would work with my cell phone and my office phone and this one handles it automatically and very gracefully. The included powered case is a great asset to me for the week - I am in sales and on the phone a lot - I have found the charge lasting all week.

This is an exceptional device supporting my Blackberry (work phone) and my Samsung S-4 (personal phone). Calls can be placed and received by both devices simultaneously. Great sound when streaming audio files and reviewing video files. The nice feature is the holding case which acts as a battery back-up device. No need to worry about having to charge all the time.No need to change the ear piece from the right side to the left side. The flex holder adapts to either ear. The talk time is spoke by the device and the option to accept or reject a call is offered by the device when a call comes in. Like a personal assistant inside a Bluetooth device.

I DRIVE A TRACTOR TRAILER FOR A LIVING, AND I HAVE TO TALK ON THE PHONE AT TIMES. THIS DEVICE HAS A REALLY GOOD SOUND QUALITY THAT OVERCOMES THE NOISE OF THE TRACTOR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS A HANDS FREE DEVICE.

Nice hands-free unit really like the charging block you can charge it and recharge the Bluetooth about 2 time before you need to plug back in to recharge noise cancelation of the unit is really good inside my tractor trailer

I had a Jawbone that started having issues with people hearing me. Bought this as a replacement. Good to go except some have commented on the wind noise when outside. When I'm in the car they say it's as good as a land line.

Overall a very nice bluetooth earpiece. I also have the Plantronics Voyager Legend and although it is a larger overall earpiece, it is more comfortable to wear for long periods, more stable in my ear and easier to switch ears.

When I was first told that the plant tonics Edge was an upgrade from my Bose headset I had doubts. I purchased thie Edge on the salespersons recommendation. Have been impressed ever since... Good sound quality, no problems...

I had purchased two of a previous generation Plantronics headset - the Discovery 975 series. I have used one 975 since 2010 and the second one since 2011. The battery in first one is now not holding a charge well. The one I purchased in 2011 is still working great. I have gotten a lot of use out of these and they were both well worth the purchase. I did a lot of reviewing of the currently available headsets and selected the Plantronics PLT Edge. The PLT_EDGE although similar in packaging and looks o the previous 975, it is quite a step above the earlier model. It very quickly pairs with both of the phones I use with it (and announces when it does) when I turn on the headset or phones. For the 975, I often had to push the connect button several times to pair. The PLT Edge also has much better sound quality without the occasional "crackles" I had with the 975. The voice commands are intuitive and very useful - Plantronics has done very good job in this area. I like the improvements in the case with the embedded battery Plantronics has made over the previous 975 model. I am very pleased with this purchase and would most certainly make it again.

This is the best and most comfortable headset I've ever had. Calls are crystal clear on both ends. It's also great for listening to the audio tracks when streaming TV or video. It comes with a small case that recharges the headset when it's not in use, more than doubling talk time.

Unit is very lightweight. Best quality sound even outside and driving with the window open.

This is the best headset I have ever owned. The multiple microphones do a great job of blocking out background noise. I find that the person I am talking to is often surprised when I inform them that I am driving or outdoors because the don't hear any background noise. The headset is very comfortable. It does not put any pressure on my ear. It stays in place. I have not had the headset fall out of my ear yet, even while running after my kids or shaking my head vigorously. Having the charging case included is what puts this headset over the top. It is a convenient way to carry and protect the headset while keeping charged. There are several other great features on the headset including sensors that allow the call to be answered as you are putting the headset on and caller announce that allows you to answer or ignore an incoming call with a simple voice command.

Best Quality on the market. A little big and bulky but sound quality makes up for it. Microphone is less sensitive the the Jawbones...which is a good thing....Callers feel the sound quality is better. Good choice with an iPhone.
