I bought this headset several years ago, and have re-purchased it again -- that's the best review possible! I also have found that it, amazingly, stays in my ear quite securely just with the silicone "brace" -- I thought it would need a wrap-around-the-ear, but it doesn't. If it doesn't stay well, try moving the brace to another position. Very comfortable, I find myself forgetting I have it in!!

Works great, takes some getting used to. You have to be careful when adjusting in your ear not to push a buttons by accident. I like the quality and I would buy it again.

I have owned several lower models of Plantronics and I must say that this one is by far the best. I was hesitant in buying it because of the cost and was hoping it would go on sale (well it never did). However, I am so glad I made the purchase because it a fantastic earpiece. The sound quality is amazing, noise cancelling is quite strong and the volume is great. Can't go wrong with this product.

This is fairly large, but light. The sound quality is great, as is the ability to answer by just saying "answer". Although it comes with three sizes of ear buds, finding one that fits well is more of a struggle than I'd prefer and there have been a few occasions where it started to fall out of my ear. I'll probably look for a different option when it comes time to replace this one.

I purchased this headset to replace a aging Era-Jawbone. The issues with my previous headset was primarily with the fit (within the ear) and the battery life. The battery life gradually reduced from 4.5 hours down to less than an hour. I was so upset with that device especially considering the amount of money spent on it. However when I walked into Best Buy and this device was suggested to me. I instantly fell in love with the unique design and the portable charging capability. Additionally the ear buds look similar to my old device but I was able to obtain and compliment this device by using the 'Jabra Ear Gels' and now I can wear this headset for many hours comfortably. I love the headset and the call quality is excellent. I also utilize the volume rocker on occasion because I utilize mass transit and have no issues streaming music from my phone to my headset. Great headset and would highly recommend.

Been waiting for a Bluetooth headset that can answer 2 phones and this is the best on the market made by a reliable company. fits in the ear well, clear sound, a little high in price but overall good product.

The headset has worked well. Comfortable fit and fairly compatible with Siri. Randomly disconnects from the phone device so you must watch that sometimes. But over all has clear reception and works well.

This is a perfect little and stylish headset. I use it every day and just can't leave it behind. I use it to hear my music wirelessly from my Note 2 or iPad. If I'm hearing music and a call comes in I can answer the call, finish the call and the headset returns to the music or movie I'm watching. The caller details from the headset are great so you never have to handle the phone. The headset tells you who's calling and asks you if you want to answer or ignore. The battery life is why ore than enough, but if you need more juice, the portable charging pack is easily carried in any backpack.

Very comfortable, good clear sound, Plantronics made another great product.

This is truly the best bluetooth headset I have ever owned. I use it with my Android smartphone, Android tablet, home and work PCs. it is truly versatile! The on-the-go charging holder is truly a plus for days I am out long hours and away from a power outlet. It is always ready for use! This product is a must-have for the traveling consultant or professional who is always on-the-go.

This headset has great sound and a long life battery. Best one I've ever had.

This product is great and the sound is so clear !! My only dislike is that Its made more for a mans ear not a woman's!! I wish they would come out with the same product with a more feminine touch or look.

Bought it for my wife to use while on the road. She hated her old one a jawbone as it wasn't noise canceling, this one is. She comes in crystal clear and she says it stays in well and is comfortable.

My wife finally found the headset she wanted - after running through about 7 other options. The sound is crisp and uninterrupted by "white noise." The construction is durable. So far so good.

I use this thing all the time. I am very busy, and it makes it possible for me to keep moving and doing while also keeping up with family and friends. While it does sit in the ear, it's never fallen out. People on the other end can hear me clearly, even if I am playing music or there is a lot of background noise. The signal is strong at a surprising range.

I am glad I selected it as I had been looking for an alternative to the LG loop around the neck for work which was distracting and prevented the wearing of necklaces. The best part was the clarity of sound and being able to switch from phone calls to audio use. Loved having my calls announce and the party's name being announce when they are in my contacts.
