Sound on both ends is crystal clear. Auto answer and voice commands works great. The ear bud though does not hold well in the ear. Requires constant adjustment. Sometimes falls out.

I prefer the design of its predecessor, though it is lighter. the sensor keeps making the Bluetooth disconnect but the sound clarity is great.

after setting up and playing audiobook. it will auto pause when removed from ear, and start right back up when inserted back into ear. if you have a call it will auto answer when you pull it out of the holster to place into ear just talk easy. plus the holster has a battery to recharge the headset to extend its battery use throughout the day.

After getting my wife one of these she loved it so much I also got one. Works really well even outside with wind blowing. I like it states who is calling and I can answer on voice command or decline the call. Battery life is really good also. It also has good range if you want to leave your phone on the charger and still answer calls.

Good sound and features but I found the sensor too unreliable, would suddenly think it was off ear and switch to the phone. Sensor was easy to disable which fixed the problem.

This headset is light, holds the charge for quite a long time and has good sound quality. The charge case is a good size, charges quickly and recharges quickly. I travel 65% time and like this headset a lot !

If you want clarity and great noise reduction then get the Plantronics Voyager Edge. I've owned several noise reducing head pieces and this is by far the best that I've owned!

This headset has great sound. It is very light. Most people don't even know you are calling from a moving vehicle. The controls are a little small but that is what you get from such a perfectly sized earpiece.

I've had cheaper in ear bluetooth mics. Glad I spend extra on this one, I travel frequently and spend a lot of time in the car (around 40,000 miles/year). The headset is very loud and clear, comes with a few different size ear buds so it fits nicely, and most importantly when I'm on a conference call people can't tell i'm in the car.

It's very comfortable and the clarity of sound is very good.

I use this while working. I can be connected to my work phone and my personal phone at the same time and be listening to Pandora all without missing a call. Being a service technician, I can speck with factory technicians and they can understand me over any background noise and I can hear them all with having my hands free to be working on a piece of equipment. The portable charger dock allows me to fully recharge very quickly without being near an electrical outlet or having to plug into a power source in my vehicle. It was worth spending more for this one and its other features than settling for a cheaper device.

I like the device features...very easy to use. I wish battery life was a bit longer and there were more options to fit ears. If the plastic piece breaks I'm in trouble?!

The box said 16 hours of talk time, with a full charge the piece only has 6, but when not in use I put it on the dock and it keeps charging so I really have no complaints.

great product and a great device. I love the ability of talking to people with no distortion and crisp clear sound. It is an excellent product that I would highly recommend.

I like the plantronics features and charger, but it does not fit my ear and stay in place unless I use the over ear attachment, and then it is still uncomfortable.

The battery in the earpiece is long lasting especially when you keep it in the recharging cradle. It easily fits snugly to my ear. Wakes up when I put it on. Provides a clear voice sound. Easy to use. Fast recharge.

Very good battery life and others have told me I am very clear. However, could improve on what I hear when others speak.
