I've tried over half a dozen different units over the last decade. This one is hands down the most advanced, clearest sounding, best sound filtration & noise cancellation offered on the market. Period. $$ is a bit high, but absolutely worth every single penny. The cradle serves as a charging base, so not only do you have a cool & nifty place to put your ear piece away into; but it'll keep it charged up. Excellent battery life too, even after using this thing for several hours in a row, it really stood up to the test. Why spend $50-$80 and get something that will be okay, when this will become the preferred way to talk on your phone. That's how clear the sound quality is, on both sides of the conversation.

The sound quality is excellent. I use my bluetooth everyday and the battery life lasts and lasts .....for several days. Its very comfortable and it stays put in my ear. Love it, love it, love it.

Finally a headset that people on the other end don't say "you sound funny", "I can't hear you", "you're not clear"!!!! No one realizes I'm on my headset when I call or answer. Good looking, easy to use, and I LOVE that the holder can also charge the headset. I recommend this to anyone looking for a Bluetooth headset!

Worked pretty good out of the box, then it would lose connection. Called Plantrtonics, fix was simple...disable the motion sensors, has worked great ever since.

Plantronics knocked the ball out of the park with this product. If I lose it, I will buy another one. The storage/charge case works perfectly well 100% of the time. The device fits comfortably in my ear and the sound quality is superb. This is the fourth Bluetooth device I've owned and this is by far the best.

The sound on this is amazing! I had issues with my old bluetooth headseat, but not had one issue with this one. It blocks out background noice very well too!!

This headset has a great sound quality as well as pretty good fit. The sound is clear to hear, but does not have an ear loop. This is an in-the-ear headset.

I brought this for my girlfriend and she loves it. I was afraid she was going to complain it didnt fit in her ear but she said it was very comfortable.

So I had a jawbone era. It was a great headset that I used the heck out of. Went to California and accidentally left it out there and needed another one ASAP for work so I bought this edge to try out over the era. This is a better headset than the era. I don't like the ear gels as much as the era but I've modded an era earpiece to work on this. The battery time on this thing is riduculous compared to the era. I can hear better....people can here me better...range is better. Better case, though it is much bigger. Has a kinda cool app for the headset. Hope this review helps someone out that is thinking between the two headsets. Get the Edge...it's better.

My Voyager Pro died after many years of hard daily use. Ran straight to Best Buy to replace and saw The Edge and decided to give it a try....wow...easy to use, great sound and very important to me, customers never know I am using Bluetooth! No more earclip either...goes straight into your ear....love it!

This sits comfortably but I wish it was not so prominently seen even with long hair. The storage/charge case is great ... I love that added charging time.

This is my first headset so nothing to compare to, but sound quality is great and pairing couldn't be easier.

This is a very comfortable ear piece with good sound quality. I am a little disappointed in the battery life.

I've owned several blue tooth headsets from different manufacturers and this model by far is a keeper!!!! Intelligent design in having a case to protect, store, and recharge the unit provides me with worry free phone use throughout the day. Voice quality both outbound and inbound is above average. Feedback from conversations while on the phone is that voice quality is very good. Sadly I lost one of the models during a business trip but the good news was that i did not have to consider how to replace. Immediately purchased the same model with the rechargeable case with no regrets. At first i was concerned on how the phone adheres to your ear but found that the plastic ear contour catch was far my comfortable than a behind the ear headset and would not use anything else. Highly recommended.

I have one problem and that is it disconnects from my phone for no reason and will reconnect in a few minutes. Can;t figure why it disconnects.

I got this item so I could drive and talk at the same time. I have had trouble with it losing it's connection to the phone (BT) in the middle of a call. I have to keep picking up the phone and hitting the BT button to get it to reconnect. Then after 3 weeks, it started saying the battery was low and I had to reset it (let the battery run all the way down) before it would clear that message. When it works, I love it, but I don't think I can depend on it 100%.

I have been using this headset for several weeks, and I have been extremely pleased with it. Very easy to set up, great call quality, and very good battery life. It is one of the more expensive bluetooth headsets on the market right now, but it is absolutely worth the price tag. It comes with a charging base that can effectively double the use time between chargings, and it has a sleek and simple design that isn't an eyesore. The automatic call answering and muting features are very useful, especially if you're like me and don't necessarily want to keep your bluetooth in your ear all day. I highly recommend this product for anyone wanting a good quality, high end bluetooth.

The Plantronics Edge is pricey, compared to other Bluetooth headsets, but well worth it. It's comfortable to wear, very responsive, and tells you the talk-time remaining, announces calls, and lets you answer or reject a call with a voice command. Often I forget I'm wearing it. It like it so much that I've bought 3 within the last several months - I ran one through my washing machine (still works but not as well), and lost another - but I keep buying the same headset (even at the $129 price) because it's the best one I've ever used.
