This was a replacement one for another plantronics that quit working. It is a good one not my favorite but does the job.

I love the sound quality, I love the way it fits on my ear. Sounds great when listening to my music. This would be something I would recommend to a friend. I also purchased one for my spouse and he loves it. As a matter of fact, he purchased another for back up.

It falls out of ear after awhile, if on a long phone call or have multiple calls to make, expect it to fall out of ear.

I work from home and spend many days on conference calls all day. The simple Bluetooth interface, comfortable ear piece, and easy volume and mute controls make this a critical piece of hardware for me. I've used other plantronics headsets in the past, and over a full day of work they are uncomfortable. This one is simple, lightweight and easy to use. The only complaint I have is the distance from my mobile phone is limited. I can only walk half-way across my house before it disconnects. Small detail for me when considering all the other positives.

I've had Jawbones in the past since they were supposed to be the best in noise. In the same situations, my callers have said I sound much better. Never have I had a caller complain about not being able to hear me clearly. My wife is now asking for her own.

The answer or ignore feature keeps my hands free and the simple functions make it my favorite said far, very light weight and comfortable, I have had problems with other devices due to the shape of my ears but this one fits right in, I hardly know it's there.

I have owned several of these and thid upgrade is working well....falls out of my ear sometimes but overall works fine

Although it's a bit more costly than other models, you have more resources and sound quality is really good. I know people who have other cheaper models and sometimes is a bit hard to understand what they say. This one is more rare to happen it to you.

This is my second time buying this ear bud. I love it. Great sounds. Only wished the battery lasted a little longer.

Battery life is good at 5-6 hours before it has to go back in its cradle. Sound quality is good on both ends, I previously got complaints about typing while on calls, I've gotten no complaints since getting this headset. Fit options are pretty standard. I don't have issues with fitting most ear pieces. This one stays in well even without the ear loop, but I'm not very active while wearing it.

I like the ear piece....I drive a truck for a living n everyone I talk to says it sound clear with no background sound.

After using the Voyager Edge for a week, this Hands free device is top of the line. Audio clairity is excellent. Background noise is filtered out completely. Would recommend this product.

I originally purchased this a month ago and it was working fine - then it started not connecting correctly with my phone -- I believe the reason is there was an update on my phone and it didn't like the new bluetooth -- love the way it states the callers name if programmed into your phone and has the auto reply for text messages while you're driving. Thank you to the Geek Squad for understanding and replacing my first one with a new that seems to be working fine now.

After multiple Bluetooth devices, finally found one that I can comfortably wear all day without hurting my ear. Easy to use, easy to go between phone to car to device. Long battery and a charging case included. Completely worth the price.

This is the best Bluetooth that I've owned. I always had trouble with people being able to hear me but this one is crystal clear. The only reason I gave it 4 star is because sometimes it disconnects all of sudden and reconnects back on its own. Might be my phone but can't seem to figure it out

Earpiece sounds good in the ear.Battery capacity not bad.I would recommend to anyone wanting a new earpiece

Great sound - clear at each end of the conversation. Long battery life and the controls are easy to use. But I have small ear canals and could not find an earpiece that fit. If you have average size ear canals, this would be a great option. If your ears are a bit smaller, look elsewhere.

It is very good bluetooth for driving but sometimes it disconnected for no reasons but i already updated it.
