I'm a mailman and this bluetooth has worked well for me. It's lightweight and seems rugged.

I love this Bluetooth. I usually have problems with a Bluetooth fitting inside my ear, but this one comes with three plastic earpiece sizes and the sound is very clear. The touch option for the charging dock lets you know how much power the Bluetooth has and there is a voice notification when you turn it on telling how much battery life you have left. When the Bluetooth is not in your ear or touching your fingers the sound automatically reverts back to the phone. Overall, I am really happy with it.

I bought this for my brother but he was used to the one that has the microphone coming down towards our mouth so I had to exchange it for him, but the same brand. The only thing is, the soft plastic part splits after a year or so if it is used a lot. He is a truck driver so he constantly uses his and needs a new one every few years due to the wires being exposed. The plastic should be more durable.

The Bluetooth it great work for my job because i have free my hands and its possible works only the reach of my phone its not enough but for my work its ok also he tell me who call me that its great

This is a great headset! Having a case that charges the headset is a huge bonus.

Needed to replace my 3rd headset because I keep loosing them. The thing I like the most is that there is a handy charging cradle I can easily drop the headset in when I'm not using it (less chance of loosing it when it's there). Great sound quality, easy to use, understandable voice prompts, and pretty comfortable in my ear. Another nice feature is that it will automatically turn itself on and answer the call when I take it out of the charger and put in my ear.

Terrific sound quality and great features. This is a premium priced product but well worth the price. It's worth the price just for the sound quality and is the best earpiece I've ever owned. Period.

This is a great little Bluetooth headset. I purchased it for one of my mechanics who is always outside. People can hear him great with wind and background noises. It also stays in the ear pretty well.

quality am clarity is top notch....if you are tired of tiny hard to use blutoooth headsets, this is the one for you. sometimes you have to spend more for quality, but this one is worth it 11

Great device. Very easy to set up and use. The portable holder/charger is great.

You can hear crystal clear. It totally isolates your voice so the person you are talking to doesn't hear very much background noise. Love it.

This is the first hands free blue tooth piece I have purchased and I must say I am quite happy. The battery life is perfect for a long day and it is very quick to recharge. Connection is easy and the set up is virtually automatic. I have not received any feedback that it is hard to hear me and have had only an occasional issue with the piece disconnecting it... maybe two times and I use it 4-8 hours M-F. All in all, a great option. Sound it great. Crisp and clear.

Overall, excellent product with an awesome battery life. I would highly recommend.

This Bluetooth not only does a good job at drowning out background noises and wind, it is compact and fits in my ear comfortably with nothing over my ear. Although a clip is provided if you would rather use it. Discretely listen to music while not on a call. Fast recharging time (15 mins) and convenient charging dock that can be used for storage. USB universal charger.

Works to my satisfaction. Very comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

I am in my car for most of the day due to my job. This was a very comfortable fit in my ear, but the sound was soft and people had a hard time hearing me if the roads became noisy. I would recommend itto someone who needs a Bluetooth to run around locally, but for 8 hours at a time this was not my tip choice.

Lightweight and very clear. People can't tell that I am using a blue tooth device. I really like the charging case. Now I don't have to worry about running out of talk time during the day. I can't figure out why the unit drops my phone from time to time.

I had wanted a new Bluetooth for quite a while. The one I had was 6 years old, it was also a Plantronics. I like the kind that just fits in the ear, so it does not mess up my hair. I had a hard time hooking the others over my ear. The sound on this one is great, I like how it talks to you. Tells you how much battery life is left and when someone calls it asks you : answer or ignore; and you just talk back. I highly recommend this product!

I read positive reviews prior to purchasing this but was disappointed. The sound quality wasn't very good; it was originally echo-y but then it was like the noise-cancelling was working too hard and was distorting the voices. It does come with portable charger which would be awesome for business travel.
