One of the best I've discovered!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having tried a number of wireless earpieces before and finding them unacceptable, this device is the clearest so far. A good piece of equipment for a reasonable price.

it's okay
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm trying the Plantronics after my Bose Bluetooth finally stopped working & there were no more in stock. The Plantronics doesn't block out the background noise and it's hard to keep in your ear. It has some cool features. It could definitely be better (but could be worse as well).

Excellent Value
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned numerous bluetooth headsets of varying cost and performance. I have been greatly pleased with the Plantronics Voyager Edge. The audio quality, battery life and ease of use are worth the price. Whether driving or conducting office working while on my cell, the Edge is crystal clear and easy to wear for extended periods. You can spend $50 multiple times or just buy 1 Edge and be satisfied!

Great sound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This earbud has great sound for both the caller and the person called. I would have given this 5 stars, but the portion that fits in my ear does not fit as comfortably as other earbuds that I have had in the past.

Works perfectly for my needs
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Plenty of volume which is my complaint with most bluetooth ear pieces. This unit lasts a long time on one charge and works perfectly. Would definitely buy it again.

Connectivity is poor
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The quality of hearing and communicating is good. No problems with understanding the person on the other end of the connection and vice versa. The issue is making the connection. The headset frequently switches on its own to the generic headset listed for iPhone and off the Voyager. You manually have to switch it back to Voyager which negates part of the hands free issue. This occurs on inbound and outbound calls. All 3 pieces for the ear are uncomfortable and I experienced several times throughout the day the need to remove the piece and give my ear a rest from the discomfort.
No, I would not recommend this to a friendBrand response from PlantronicsRepresentative
Posted .If the headset doesn't say phone 1 disconnected but the call audio switches back to the phone itself this could indicate the headset is not properly detecting that you have it on your ear. We recommend that you use our Hub app for Android and iOS to disable your headset's wearing sensor. Please don't hesitate to contact us at www.plantronics.com/support if you require assistance.

Excellent sound quality and smart phone features
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Superb sound and smart phone features bring GPS right to my ear. Disappointed that the power switch fell apart in less than a year. Also lost the ear loop since it does not fit in the charger block. Other than that, a great unit. I'd still recommend it based on features.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this is the third blutooth headset i've purchased. the first was for myself...it worked great....i then purchased 2 additional headsets as gifts. the sound quality is excellent and have had no issues at all. it was easy to pair with my iphone and the battery life is outstanding. i only have to charge the headset twice a week. i use it everyday, all day, everywhere......

Sound quality is great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It does a great job of blocking background noise, especially when I'm driving. Fit is a little tight on the back of my ear, but I was able to adjust it so it fit better. I've purchased less expensive ones, but the sound quality was not there. Unfortunately I seem to lose these at least once a year, so I've tried several brands, and this one is the best one I've purchased so far.

Decent, but not great.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Battery life is not great. Can't put in charger cradle when the ear piece is attached. Audible 'finder' for earpiece is sounded through the earpiece, and very hard to hear unless actually wearing the device. Kind of defeats the purpose if it's on your ear ... Otherwise, works well. I recommend, with caution for the above.

Great for Hands free
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This has worked great. It lets you be hands free and the clarity is better than anything I have used before. It really works in drowning out the outside noise.

Worth The Price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had used Motorola Sliver twice and had to return them do to a manufactures issue. When I went back on my second return they were not on the shelf anymore. So I ask the salesman what he would recommend in comparison. He showed me the Plantronics Voyager. So far it has been a great ear peace, not as slim as the Motorola Sliver but it has great sound and is still pretty small.
