Love this headset, volume is great and it's easy to use. Also love being able to just say "answer" when a call comes in or decline to answer after it says who is calling. Gave it only four stars because it sort of sticks out a little from your ear so the profile isn't that pretty.

I have used all of the Bluetooth earpieces on the market and this by far is the best. From comfort to simplicity to charge with case that comes with it for on the go to knowing the person on other end of the call can actually hear you. This is what makes it the best. If it's windy out just connect to it vs phone and it's gone to the other caller Charges fast and has great battery life of 6 hours. Can connect multiple Bluetooth devices at once such as Apple Watch too at same time Have had Motorola and for years swore upon jawbone but actually jawbone is not even close to compare to this earpiece Highly recommend and will say if you don't buy this then you will be frustrated with people constantly telling you they can't hear you or it's broken up sound. I've done the adventure in this world due to my job. Trust me you won't be disappointed

Overall I find the earpiece excellent. Unfortunately it has a habit of kicking phone calls back to the phone either when making the call or in the middle of a conversation. I love the fact that it streams music from my phone to my ear all day long. Keep me up-to-date on talk radio.

Just as described! I have no problem being heard and hearing my party. The pocket size recharging system is great for travelers.

Tried several headsets - this is the first one that lets me converse normally with the top down, even at freeway speeds.

Slightly uncomfortable but clear sound. Good battery life, love that it comes with a charging dock that can acts as a backup battery for charging on the go.

This is definitely better than my old Voyager Pro HD. The only problem I have had with it so far is that when it's on my ear it doesn't think it is and it dissconnects the bluetooth on my call and I have to click on my phone to reconnect. I need to see if I can fix that.

I replaced my nose headset for his one and I can tel, you I jus love it! It has everything I was looking for on a headset

I can actually hear my husband when he uses this. I don't just hear the wind from his open window. A big improvement!

The charger that comes with the bluetooth is amazing. I use the earpiece numerous times a day. As soon as I am done, I put it back in the charger that it comes with. Amazingly enough, it keeps it charged for almost the whole work week without recharging. Best bluetooth ive had in years.

I had everyone elses headsets from Motorola to Bose and back. Plantronics always brings me back. I won't deviate again after this great product. Fabulous fit for comfort. Great volume...I have to keep turning it down. Great 6 hour battery life. Comes with a charging cradle to simplify your life. Get one, you won't regret it!

I had the Legend but lost it. Because it wrapped the ear, it was very comfortable. But I like the portability and my callers say my voice is really clear. The downside is it almost amplifies things a bit. For example, they can hear my keyboard when I type. I'm not sure if the Legend was any better, but I never got that comment before. Plantronics did a nice job with the charger design. I like that you can charge either with a micro USB. Overall I'm glad I bought it, but it's still too expensive.

I'm a truck driver. That being said I'm very impressed with the clarity of the device. People I'm talking to tell me they can understand me very well. I can understand them as well even in my truck.

I am able to hear and be heard very well. It is comfortable. It connects and disconnects to my phone too often.

The ear piece has excellent range and clarity. The carrying case if very convenient to obtain a charge on the go.

This bluetooth earpiece works well and stays in your ear - sound is clear but sometimes there is background noise!!

Excellent two way audio and noise cancellation. Listeners at the other end of the line heard me without any issues

Got this for my wife for her iphone. She says its very clear and easy to use. I wouldnt mind one for myself!!

Great ear piece. Would recommend to anyone. Last 6 hours. Lots of talk time. Clear reception. Very comfortable.
