This is really a quality product. It allows you to answer the phone through voice recognition. My only issue is that sometimes it will pick up a lot of background noise with the person you're talking to. Other than that I'm really enjoying this Bluetooth!

I purchased this Bluetooth to replace my Motorola sliver, which I loved since it was so compact and inconspicuous. This is great with blocking out background noise and it has nice features.

Was recommended by store employee. Love the no touch 'answer' feature and length of time it lasts--6 hours!

I like the sound quality and charging pod. The ability to sync with multiple devices at once is nice but I wish I could turn that function off.

My last headset was great but got misplaced and I bought this Plantronics. The sound quality, both incoming and outgoing, are fine and I haven't had any complaints from people I'm speaking to. It reads my text messages to me which is helpful. The only thing I don't like about this is that, unlike my prior headset, this has to be put into its cradle to charge rather than charging from a mini-USB plug. That's just one more thing I have to pack on trips and isn't convenient if I need to charge on-the-fly while I'm in my car.

Easy to use. Stays in place. Clear sound and others say my voice is very clear. I like the charger.

The Voyager Edge is a great Bluetooth ear piece that allows for connections to two phones. Its noise cancelation is by far the best in the business for my money. Its priced reasonably and is very comfortable to wear

It's very light and comfortable. I can wear it all day without irritating my ear. Call quality is not the best but very good. Also like the cradle/charger.

The Volume is crisp and clear. The notifications are great. I bought a second one for my wife.

I have had many different bluetooths. This Edge has best clarity, resound, and sound suppression.

Calls are clear, the person on the other end can hear me with no problems, and it's easy to use!

I specifically wanted another Plantronics model because I really like their caller announce feature which is hard to find on most Bluetooth providers. And I was thrilled to find this model came with the thinner ear hook since my previous Plantronics model had a thick ear hook that could not be swapped and fell off my ear constantly. Adjusting the piece that fits into your ear never fixes this problem for me; I must have an attachment that goes over my ear. This model stays put. However, my calls are constantly dropping from the Bluetooth back to my phone and then they will switch again to the Bluetooth. it's very annoying; I am wondering if I have a bad Bluetooth?

I discovered many years ago that Plantations is the leader in wireless / Bluetooth headsets. I have used their office devices for years and not that I am traveling quite a bit, this is my first Bluetooth device. I could not have asked for a better piece of equipment that meets all my calling needs allowing me to smoothly transition.

I replaced a less visible ear piece with this one. Feedback from family is that this earpiece provides clearer transmission of my voice so it is a step up in quality. However, I would prefer an earpiece that is not as visible.
