I have used a bluetooth for years. I have tried several different ones. But no matter the price or the amenities I always end up with this one. At times I forget it is on my ear. Lightweight and sleek. A must try.

This ear piece has been great for me! I was using the Plantronics Legend prior to my purchase. The clarity is much better with the Edge. The people I am talking to can tell a difference and the Edge is much better. It doesn't fall out of your ear the way you might think it would when you see it. The case is excellent as it offers an additional full charge. The earpiece clips securely into the case and charges immediately. If you are prone to losing things (I am) it can be hard to keep track of the case and headset. There is an additional Plantronics app that allows you to ping the headset. However, it must be turned on and if you have it on a low volume setting, it may not be helpful. I have never carried it on a keychain or utilized the carrying loop on the case. Overall, I would purchase this again.

Great reception, comfortable to wear, nice battery life and easy to recharge with the holder/charger. I also appreciate the way the holder/charger protects the earpiece when not in use. I use this with two different phones all day long.

It works great but in a big truck it pick up some engine noise for the person u r talking with when I'm not in a big truck it's the greatest thing sense sliced cheese try I u won't be disappointed

Great product, very convenient with charged carrying case. Clarity is good and noise cancellation is great. Had to switch to included over the ear piece as compression ear piece became a little uncomfortable after several hours.

I like numerous features about this product, and it is very comfortable.

The voice reception is amazing, very clear and crisp. Battery life is very good and the charging stand gives very good additional power source. One star less only due to two facts: 1) it was mentioned that this comes with a travel charger which would have been more useful as I majorly need it on the go but in the packaging it came with a wall charger; 2) build quality of the charger and the charging cable is pretty much sub-standard in comparison to the other items.

Battery life is very good - I get around 5-6 hours. It has a very small profile, without having a big wrap around your ear which I find a big plus. Call quality is excellent. Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend.

This Bluetooth works great, and sound quality is amazing but the battery doesn't last long and it doesn't always recognize my voice commands.

This is my 3rd version of this Bluetooth and I keep trying to give it a try hoping it's better because its has a great fit but it continues to disappoint me. This Bluetooth constantly disconnect from my phone which is huge inconvenience while driving because I have to reach for my phone to reconnect the Bluetooth to my phone. Sometimes I get random static and callers can't hear me. I will not buy any more versions of this product.
