Had this headset for about a month now. Sound quality is excellent. Battery life is prefect for my needs and the external charging pod is really handy while traveling. I would definitely buy this again.

My dad loves the sound quality. People usually can't make out that he is using a headset. The battery case that also charges the headset is amazing.

So far so good, the sound is very clear, the design is very smooth and light, the base hold charge to reload the headset twice (very nice for long trips). so far is the best Bluetooth set I've owned.

I was looking for a Jawbone when the store consultant told me about Planetronics. I like the ease. Sometimes there is a distortion but overall it is fine

Reasonably priced, comfortable, good noise cancellation, can hear and be heard well, easy to use call pick up/hang up and volume control.

It was just too big to walk around daily. If you are in an office setting, it may be fine. The quality was nice.

It's not a bad earpiece but it likes to disconnect from the phone while your in the middle of a conversation.

I also own a Voyager Pro, the Edge is lighter, just as comfortable, but with a little less battery time than the Pro. The extra battery pack is a plus.

Needed to replace one I lost but they didn't have the brand I wanted so decided to try this one. Have been very pleasantly surprised. Quality has been excellent and has many helpful features. Will be my go to at least for a while.

Good features, easy to use, good sound quality very comfortable fit

I had previously owned the Bose units that are no longer made. While disappointed I had to move on, I was doubtful I would find something I liked as much. Enter Plantronics. I love the device, it is superior in quality and has additional features. I have had great response from callers that the voice quality is good and no background noise. I love that it alerts you who is calling and is voice activated for answering or ignoring a call. It has a mobile charger as well. I needed two Bose units as they would lose their charge during the day, this unit lets you know battery live and you can sneak charges in as needed. I will buy another one!!

The Voager Edge is the best blue tooth. It fits perfectly in the ear. Different size ear pieces are provided. It is easy to use, very hands free. Clear audio. Follows directive.

I have read so many reviews about this headset and the extraordinary sound quality. Unfortunately, with my Galaxy Alpha, there was static on both ends of conversations. I loved the features of the headset sensing when it was in my ear to start and pause music. I ended up getting a Sennheiser Presence, which has far superior sound quality on phone calls, IMO.

Easy to charge. I like the fact that it takes upgrades. It is sometimes hard to hear in noisy areas. I've lost them before and I worry about that.

Always need a phone for my job as supervisor at Metro Dade Transit but also need my hands to make repairs and demonstrate techniques to my workers.

Brought this bluetooth for dad for xmas and he loves it. The product does what it says and it is small and very easy to put away. This was a better option and the voice command works well. The product also works very well with iphone. I am thinking about picking one up for myself soon.

I bought this because I really wanted to stop using the wired headphone mic that came with my iPhone. I was eyeballing the Voyager Legend, but stayed away because of the if-y reviews in compatibility with the iPhone. It pairs easily to up to 8 devices. The Edge will also pair with two devices simultaneously, but I've found that the audio quality for my laptop is far inferior to my iPhone. (Sound card issue maybe?) I love the streaming capability. I can listen to my latest podcast, turn-by-turn directions and/ or music. The voice commands work well, but it does have some quirks. If it's not sitting perfect in your ear when a call comes, it keeps trying to figure out whether or not it's on your ear, and it transfers the call back and forth between the device and the iPhone. It's pretty annoying. Of course, this won't happen if you use the around the ear clip. That thing keeps the device rock solid on your head, even if you're riding a roller coaster, as I've discovered! However, this clip hurts my bear after a while, so I rarely wear it. I have the largest of ear pieces on the device, which works when I'm not using the loop, but perhaps I should change it to the medium when I do use the loop for added comfort. Of course, I don't want to carry that around in my pocket, so figure out which way you'll go and commit.

Works perfectly for my computer phone I use daily for work...no longer corded to my computer....holds charge all day wirh a quick recharge at lunch....no discomfort from wearing all day.

Best headset I've found. I've got 5 of them in drawers I no longer user. Very comfortable in the ear for extended periods of time (5 hours).Good sound quality and microphone sensitivity.

My old Bluetooth after years of great use just stopped working. So I need to get a new Bluetooth that announced the person who was calling, and allowed me to do everything by my voice. This Bluetooth was all and then more than I dreamed. I highly recommend this if you want a good Bluetooth!!!!!!! It has a carrying case to charge it when you are not wearing it. I am so glad I spent the money. I had others telling me just buy a cheap Bluetooth. They all break some time. No not if they are good. I do recommend the insurance just in case someone opened the box and used it then put it back like they didn't.
