Sounds good but they could have spent a little more time on the construction of the ear hanger that you install for more confort.

Sounds good, can hear everyone, they can hear me, i've had it about a month and not sure if its giving me an echo or its my phone service. I had a bose head set before this and it sounds about the same or better. Just be careful about the voice recognition if you dont tell it ignore on an incoming call it sometimes answers anyway but id buy it again

Purchased the voyager after losing my bose series 2. Plantronics voyager is a decent headset, nothing that had me in awe. I have come to the realization that no BT is 100% wind resistant and has 100% noise cancellation/reduction. This is farce! But the call quality is decent not as good as Bose, as I get static or the feeling the BT is losing reception. When this isnt happening it is great. So overal i give it 3.5 stars!

I got this for my husband who works construction and is constantly using his hands. He has a work and personal phone, so it is ideal because he's able to sync both his phones and answer both lines hands free. He really likes that you can charge it so easily.

Although it works as advertised, my phone being a Nokia T-Mobile model, the connection has to be re-established each time I make a call and reconnect to the Bluetooth. I'm told it is because the phone is an older model of T-Mobile, not the fault of the Bluetooth device. Clarity is good through the Bluetooth, however.

Comfortable clear sound clients and friends tell me how clear I sound(with exception to areas with so so cell reception-can't blame the headset for that) only two issues 1) if you receive a call and the headset is off, turning it on should connect and even declares its answering the call, but it doesn't connect the call is answered but you have to manually switch it from the phone to the headset. 2) when you update the firmware you have to go to the website and update off the site, the site gives the impression you need the app downloaded to your PC to do the update but the app doesn't do it.

The sound is very clear and the voice pick-up is good. However, when outdoors, the voice pick up isn't as good, and its terrible if there is even a little bit of a breeze. The over-the-ear ear loop is a bit small and uncomfortable. I have small ears and don't know what someone with average or large ears would do.

I like this bluetooth hands free device, but it's been having some glitches. I've had pairing issues where it disconnects during calls, and have to pair it again with my phone. Also, voice texting with phone doesn't work well. Requires further troubleshooting to determine if it's something I'm doing wrong.

I used to be sold on Motorola handsfree devices until they got to cute and made a device that was so small it was impossible to keep up with...and within a ew days of purchase, I lost it. So I gave Plantronics a go and I won't look back. The Edge is a superior handsfree device that won't disappoint unless you have a small ears or a small head, if so you may initially feel it's a bit big, but my dome is huge and so my fellow big headed folks should feel right at home! Enjoy, talk on but DONT TEXT AND DRIVE AND STOP SIGNS MEAN STOP NOT SLOW DOWN AND GO BUT STOP!!!

I work from home and am on the phone a lot, always with a headset. My old Plantronics headset was going out after 3 years of heavy use, so I wanted to stick with the brand but upgrade to a little nicer option. This one has some good potential, but is hit and miss in execution. I've got it paired with an iPhone 5c and it works great most of the time. That being said, it has a little too common habit of routing an incoming or even active call from the headset to the phone itself. No rhyme or reason and no warning. It also without fail will not be able to handle a new incomimg call when I'm finishing a current call. I select to end my current call and accept the new call, and without fail, it dumps the new call to the phone and not the headset. I have just downloaded the Hub app and updated the firmware, so I'll see if that helps. If it doesn't, I'll probably replace this with a better model for work.
