It rarely takes a full charge after being on the charger all night. It will drop my calls. It doesn't stay connected even though my cell shows it connected. The ear bud is uncomfortable. The clip for over the ear has to be removed to charge the unit.

I love this headset. I don't wear them 24/7 so I love the protective case that also charges it. You don't have to mess a lot with the case.... complete one hand operation and it's easy to tell both when the case as well as the ear piece needs charging. One quirk is sometimes needs to be reset and you have to power it off and put it back in it's case or connect it to a power supply to get it to reset. Then it will sync to your phone again. That doesn't happen in the middle of a call, but rather when you sometimes turn it on and it doesn't pair. Generally, once it's pair'd your good.

Fairly good product--not perfect. It is difficult when on your ear to make sure you find and press the correct buttons. They are close together and easily confused. I have not learned how to easily access "Siri" on my iphone using the earpiece so that I can operate legally with no hands cell phone use in my car. Problems may be solvable but it is not very user friendly, at least for me.

Its definitely pricey but well worth the money and the best part is, it is very comfortable in my ear and I barely have to do anything if I wanna use it. It tells me who is calling and I can answer by just using my voice. Never even have to be by the phone to accept the calls that are incoming. So helpful when my hands are full and I am busy with other things or driving for sure!

Works well. However the ear piece is one size and slightly too big for my ear.

Good headset. Had one before this that was lost. This one is just as good. Very loud and clear. Comfortable piece to wear for a long time.

This thing rocks! Easy to use, excellent audio quality, and great battery life! It also does a great job of screening out background noise.

I am in sales and I use my phone non stop so a clear reception is absolutely critical. This ear piece is GREAT!!

Syncs fast with my LG G3, better range than most and lasts over 2 days, even with heavy use (music, podcasts). Only drawback- the contacts in the headset and charge case can go bad with heavy use (just be concious). Had to replace the 1st unit after about 8months, but i was pretty rough on that one.

I am impressed with this product. The only thing is sometimes it is difficult to get it to stay in my ear and stay connected to my phone.

Plantronics has made their best headset yet. This is the best headset for someone on the go in all types of weather.

I'm very pleased with the way my new Olympus digital recorder works. It has better features and is easier to use than the previous version I had. I like the way the USB port slides out and the ease with which I can start and stop the recording.

This is definitely better then the last one that I had but still learning how to use it with the new iPhone.

I had a Bose Bluetooth for years before it finally broke...and Bose no longer makes them. I was a bit skeptical about this brand, but it is awesome. The charging feature (you can charge the case separately from the device) is terrific.

I have tried many bluetooth devices and found that most were uncomfortable for me. I use it mainly in the car so audio clarity, both sending and receiving was very important to me. This unit did not disappoint. It is also very easy to use.

I owed a Bose before this Plantronics. unfortunately I ran it over. I went to buy a new head set and they didn't have a Bose in, being in a position of needing one now I made the purchase and bought the Plantronics - Voyager Edge knowing that I had 15 days to return it, at this point it has been over a month.I love it little large than i would like but the performance is outstanding sound quality in coming call notification is a need bonus...

This is a good earpiece but considering its the newest plantronics I would have expected more. This earpiece has a place for most people but for the ones that want the best I would not put this earpiece in that category especially for 129.00. The price is okay if its a step above the rest but to me its not any better than the ledgend that now has a price tag of 89.00 in most places.

Let's cut to the chase. Earpiece kept disconnecting from my phone (Samsung Note 4). The phone would ring and it would connect to the phone and then immediately disconnect. Then I would have to go into the phone and reconnect. I eventually bought a Motorola Sliver and have not have a problem since. Aloha

This is the best device have used. You can hear clear and it's comfortable. You forget it's in your ear. I would purchase again!
